I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DecoFloorsSA. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised on their website. Items were missing from my order, and the product itself did not match the description or images online—it felt completely misleading and dishonest. To make matters worse, the box it arrived in had "kitchen foods" written in marker on the side, as if it had been reused from someone’s house move. It looked unprofessional and raised serious concerns about the company's standards. When I reached out for help, I was met with rudeness and insults. I had to involve someone else just to get the missing item. And shockingly, I was told by someone at the company that in 12 years they had "never dealt with anyone as pathetic" as me. That kind of response is beyond unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I will never buy from them again, and I urge others to be extremely cautious. Their service is unprofessional, their advertising is false, and their customer care is downright abusive.
My son recently purchased a Kia Rio from King Cars in Port Elizabeth. Sheree was our salesperson and I would like to thank her for her outstanding professionalism and definitely for going the 'extra mile'. She was truly great and the car is amazing...everything was done on time and to perfection.
I would like to share my experience. I placed an order on the Pick n Pay app. They were out of stock (again!) I did not see the notification in time, they give you 10 minutes to choose a substitute. As I did not do this they credited my ASAP wallet however they kept the tip as well as the delivery fee. I will use my credit and then delete this app. It is daylight robbery. Apart from which they seem to be constantly out of stock of items.
I have been a long standing customer of MTN for about 15 years. I recently upgraded my handset, that was no problem. However, MTN desperately need to rethink their courier service. On Wednesday the 10th of August I was promised delivery of my new device, I work from home, I was told they would deliver between 2 and 4pm which is when I am busiest. I requested a different time only to be told that I could not have said device delivered at that time. I then contacted the company I worked for and told them I may need to take a delivery. I waited the entire day, no delivery. At that point I contacted DSV only to be told that they had delivered and that the biometrics failed (fingerprint). This is impossible as I didn't even see a courier. I then contacted their offices and was promised delivery yesterday, they did arrive and in an ironic twist, the biometrics failed. I am standing in front of my own home with ID, proof of address and once again STANDING in front of the domicile to which my ID and proof of address proves it's me. The biometrics failed 8 times and I was not given my 20K device. This service is shocking and needs to be addressed immediately. I am 100% dissatisfied with this service and I wish to be compensated for my time wasted. MTN, you are a great company but you need to rethink your delivery service.
Recently I needed to purchase a new stove top, we went to the store on Buffelsfontein Road in Port Elizabeth only to be told the product we wanted to purchase could only be purchased on line. Incidentally we also needed a few other items which we purchased and then left to commence with the order online What a sham! I would like to ask Builders Warehouse how the Univa 4 Plate Ceran Hob Black U156CB for R1999.00 came to a total of, wait for it...R23, 184.00??? The DELIVERY fee was state at checkout as R21,185.00 and VAT @ 15% R3,024.00. This came to a total of R23,184.00!!!! Please tell me this was a system glitch! Needless to say I never purchased it and then bought the same item from Takealot with a zero delivery charge. Secondly, your website is a nightmare to navigate, and customer service is shocking! I have a screenshot of the attempted purchase as proof. Can someone at Builders please tell me why I was quoted such a ridiculous delivery fee from Roodepoort to PE, was it coming on a Private Jet? I will therefore never attempt to buy anything from Builders online again. Shocking.
On the 26th of August I attended the Klinicare pharmacy in Kabega Park for my appointment for my Pfizer vaccine, firstly I was incredibly nervous and secondly I arrived on the wrong day! As the 27th was my birthday, the staff amazingly allowed me to be vaccinated right then. The administering medical practitioner was amazing and reassured me that I would be fine. Their service was outstanding. Thank you!
I would like to thank this ambulance service for their outstanding service and paramedics. I would like to make a special mention to Kate Williams and Zola her partner from the Port Elizabeth branch who attended to me on the 10 June 2021 after a serious reaction to medication. They were both compassionate and understanding. I highly rate their service!
I have just upgraded my MTN device and was contacted yesterday by DSV couriers to arrange delivery for today before 12. As it had not yet arrived by 11am I contacted first the JHB branch and then the Port Elizabeth branch. They have no record of any of their consultants contacting me. How is that possible? I now may have to wait until next Wednesday for my device. This is totally unacceptable and incompetent. MTN should change their courier service.
I would like to say that my handset was stolen and with dread I realized I would have to contact MTN insurance. From all the reviews I had read I was not hopeful that I would get a replacement. I am overjoyed to say that not only was my device replaced but the service I received was excellent. It was seamless and a painless experience. I would advise anyone dealing with this issue to make sure they have all needed documentation at the time of making the claim as this is pivotal for the people trying to assist you to ensure the correct and timeous replacement of your device. Thank you MTN and Pinnacle Marketing for making this a great experience!
