I bought a I5 processor through Makro from them they sent me a second hand one with loads of empty promises be careful if you want to buy anything from them very ***** behaviour I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I ordered an SSD from them on 23 December, the website said next day collection or delivery within a few business days. I knew I would've had to wait over public holidays but the treatment turned out to be extremely unprofessional. It's been nearly 3 weeks now without even receiving an order number or invoice, just a lousy message about them being closed (clearly indefinitely) for the holidays (which I only got after I had to ask after ordering). I've now had to open a dispute with my bank to get a refund because they are somehow unreachable despite the new business year starting a week ago.

I bought 2 sticks of ram from makro online which Laptop Accessories SA is selling through . The order was confirmed payment made. On the day the ram was meant to be delivered I get a message saying the order is cancelled due to no stock however the product is still clearly shown on the website open for orders and you can continue to add it to your cart and make a purchase. Now I need to wait up to 21 days to get my money back to buy it somewhere else. Really not on especially when this is a work item.

Got a quote from them at one price process the the quote then all of a sudden the price changes by R60 im like ok can we just get the 60 discount and proceed with the order then all hell breaks loose and they refuse and budge really on 60 bucks seriously well needless to say if they cant budge on 60 bucks on a almost 2k order well then ok

One star is way too many to give them. I engaged the laptop shop at the time of Covid19 level 5 in April 2020. The guy was so nice, who attendedto me and very convincing. Until i transferred the money and hell broke loose. I never saw any delivery from 3 to 5days till it was six months. I was given one story after another. They will not get in touch with you until you call or text. I decided that they refund my money. It was stories with approval and the accounts department being slow etc to management approval. They assured me got my account details like all was well abd that they would transfer soon. Today January 2021, im still in limbo waiting for my money. These people have now changed contacts, opened a new website, using a new number. I stay in another town, i asked someone to look them up in Capetown, and the address they use, you will not find them. Im not sure how genuine the 5 star ratings are but these guys have actually scammed me. They are sweet talkers and will convince you to believe their lies. Ive dealt with Jay, Sam, Micheal, Philip etc. How genuine these guys are, i do not know but they are good at lies and fabricating stories to keep you leveled up. I was told one time that someone is bringing the item, please expect them the next day. Then that person went off and there was an excuse that she got Covid19 and then led to another story. What have I not done to have my money back. Ive written on this platform before and they requested for me to have it deleted but i told them I will not delete the review till i was paid the money. If there is anyone out there who can help me retrieve my money, i would be grateful. People like these guys need to be checked, they can't be allowed to continue scamming money from people. Times are hard, and for one to reach out to purchase a laptop then there is a dire need. And these guys should just be let loose just like that. That is not fair. I cant just forget about the money i paid, its a lot of it. And I need it. I am just warning the public to tread carefully with them

My second order which I place in last week and I think it was on a Thursday and I new for a fact that as soon as Netlink receives payment and proceeding with dispatching my package, which normally takes approximately one working day, I was definitely going to receive it the following week, which was stipulated on Monday, but then I heard the horn of a van in front of my house and surprisingly it was COLLIVERY with my package, thumps up for Netlink Computer Corporation, well done!
