Poor post sales service infact the worst. I would not advise anyone to buy from Leogem. So so poor and actually lie through their teeth about services.

We renting one of their warehouse unit and their security stole our equipment worth a lot of money. The company basically did nothing and there we no consequences to the security whatsoever. We can’t even store our things at the unit we’re paying for because who knows when their security will ***** again.

Be extremely wary of entering into any agreement whether it be to purchase or rent any property managed, designed, developed or owned by Leogem Property Projects. They are refusing to refund my deposit with no evidence of their excuse for refusing to refund.

From the moment I first walked into the show house at The Hutton, till the moment I moved into the home (over a year later due to lockdown), I have experienced nothing but incredible service from everyone involved. The sales agents are incredible, genuine and they end up feeling like family. Lockdown created a lot of stress and uncer*****y, and every time I would call in a panic about the situation, I could call and leave empowered again. There have been teething problems (which I think is normal for a brand new development trying to launch while lockdown was active) and they have met every challenge professionally and head on with respect and compassion. They truly do feel like a family to me, and I would like to say thank you for giving so many people this incredible experience. Special thanks to Merrick Meek, Louise and Msizi who have gone way beyond the call of duty to make it such a special experience for me and so many others who share my sentiments. I couldn't wish for a better estate to live in all round.

I purchased a new home in an estate in Summerset Midrand in December 2017. I have had endless problems within my home and in the estate as a whole from 2017 till current. The walls inside and outside are cracking badly. The floor tiles have come loose. There is water seepage from the ground which is causing the paint to flake and come loose on my walls. There is water seepage from the roof into my garage. Plaster on outside of house is flaking and coming loose. Bath tubs cracked and damaged. Door handles needed replacing after only 5 months. Vanities in bathrooms soiled and damaged after 4 months (was replaced after 2 months) when I first moved in. Boiler room which was our source of hot water was shut down in the complex (due to it not working properly and the estate spending hundreds of thousands of rands to maintain) and each owner had to install their own geysers at their own costs....I could go on and on and on.... Complained to NHBRC and they say its all maintenance issues :-( ..Im living here for ~2.5 years and will have to spend thousands of rands to maintain a brand new house....this is so ridiculous and unacceptable. Please be careful when purchasing a home. Do your homework first.

Leogem is a syndicate corrupt construction firm. Please be warned if ever you about to buy from any of their properties, They misrepresent their products and over promise yet once you buy you get hit with low quality finishes, structural problems, water contamination, poor plumbing, electricity outages to mention the least. When these are reported they always find the way to distance themselves and make it the owners responsibility to solve these issues. Owners in some places have resorted to using their own finances to rectify these fundamental issues to ensure that their investment is protected. People are scared to come out and rate Leogem on social media fearing defamation of character charges. But be warned
