This is for the branch in Cresta Center Randburg The food was totally amazing. It is not the food that was the issue but the guy who was serving our table. His name is Taberth or something along those lines and he speaks Shona. When we asked him to bring the bill he told us that the card machine hasn’t been working and asked that we pay in cash. My husband had to go look for an atm as we didn’t have cash with us. Only to find out when we asked other staff members by the door that the card machine is actually working and they had no idea what my husband was talking about. He **** to us and we asked him why and he took us for fools and said they just got fixed now. He really must think we’re stupid or saw stupid written in our faces. He wanted us to pay cash so he can get his tip. And he took us for fools and wasted our time for his advantage. I’m still ****ed.
I brought my car for a service and it was ABSOLUTELY fine, it even had less kms than it was being serviced for. The moment it came back, it started making funny sounds and 7 days later, it shut down completely. It started acting up exactly on what they had quoted maintenance on. It just doesn’t make sense to me that a car that didn’t have ANY issues would just go from that to a complete shut down after being touched by them.
We renting one of their warehouse unit and their security stole our equipment worth a lot of money. The company basically did nothing and there we no consequences to the security whatsoever. We can’t even store our things at the unit we’re paying for because who knows when their security will ***** again.
This is specifically for Greenlee Eco Estate in Linbro Park. But I can’t find the estate directly. They have very rude security guards at the gate. One guy literally walked out on my friend who needed assistance with the entrance code because “he spoke too fast and he’s not a machine”. That caused traffic at the gate as while he’s throwing a tantrum, other cars needed to get in and he was refusing to do his job and assist.
Hi Hellopeter. I’m failing to understand how you guys thought categorising people as “Amateur” actually helps. You guys really thought rookie, amateur and all star were great and saw nothing wrong with amateur. ? Do better.
We went on the Alba boat and we booked before hand. It was 6 of us. When we got there, they didn’t have a table prepared and this one guy with a chiskop first asked us to put 2 tables together so we can all fit, then the tables were not moveable then he rudely expected us to seat in 2 different tables. He was rude about it and made it our problem that they didn’t have a table. It was until this other nice worker apologised to us and asked to prepare a table that can take 6 people. Otherwise they had really nice hosts especially the guy with dreadlocks.
They are honestly good. I always order clothes from SheIn and they deliver, most times even quicker than the estimated time. However, I once paid custom duty twice because my phone was having network issues and when I tried to ask them to send me the money back they told me to ask SheIn, to which SheIn said it is them who can do something because I paid it to them. Then someone in WhatsApp said I should fill a refund form, which I did but they never refunded me and the person stopped responding to my texts.
I have 2 accounts with FNB, one personal and the other 2 are for businesses. I chose FNB because I thought it is best. I’m slowing rethinking that view. My personal account was frozen for some FICA documents. Which I understand. I made time to go to the branch in Greenstone and submitted the necessary documents over a week ago .I was told my account will be unfrozen within 2 hours. It’s been over a week now and still my account is frozen. I called and was told they will sort it out. Well, they haven’t and it is extremely frustrating.
The worst. They actually increase your debit order without communicating with you. They charge premiums from their head. When I relocated and wanted to update my information with them, my premiums literally became ridiculous and they reasoned it by saying I’m in Sandton so it’s high risk. I started looking for other insurance companies and they were very reasonable in their prices and I cancelled with them and insured my car with another company. I’ve since insured 2 cars with my current company because it is honestly the best.
King Price is honestly very efficient and professional. They are very affordable. I switched from another insurance company that was giving me high premiums and other issues and since I joined KP, I’ve been happy. I had a claim with them and that was very quick and hustle free. I tell everyone I know about KP because they are the best.
