Goodday, please take note when you buy from Makro online...they deliver the wrong product and dont refund you, ********* business practises. Im waiting for weeks for a refund, sent over 6 emails already, no acknowledment of email at all. Will never support them ever again.
Makro are absolutely useless. I order stuff online 6 days ago, they call me today and tell me 2 of the 4 items they dont have stock. They will refund me, refund takes 3 to 5 days. So Makro keeps my money for 10 days and deliver nothing. Will never buy from Makro again, ******* service.
Hirshes sells defective merchandise, they have no after sales service at all. I bought a new LG 75 inch TV 3 weeks ago and it is giving me numerous issues. I would advise anyone to please think twice before purchasing feom this store.
Goodday, please dnt purchase from Hirsh's Woodmead. I purchased a 75 inch LG TV from Hirsh' s in Woodmead 4 weeks ago and have been having continous issues with this TV. I strongly believe they sell defective merchandise when on "SALE". I have not received the customer service expected of Hirsh. The LG tech came out twice in 4 weeks and tells me not to use my USB that connects to the HDMI port, yet this same USB works perfectly fine on my other LG TV. Basically i bought a TV thats not fit for purpose. I have been in contact with Hirsh' s store manager and regional manager. I get promises the issues will be sorted out, but its not. If you want to spend your hard earned money I strongly recommend dnt buy from any Hirsh store. To me their service ( other than the sales rep who while on leave went far and beyond, in trying to assist me to no avail) i am still waiting for a call from the store manager from 1pm today which she promised to do. Its 2 weeks now i have an issue with a 4 week old brand new TV and still no resolution looks forthcoming. Pls be careful when purchasing from this so called " reputable" store. Thanks Marlon
NRG-Sunninghill- Pathetic Service I had absolutely bad service from NRG Sunninghill after I signed an Offer To Purchase for a property in Sunninghill Gardens and it was accepted. Broken promises, outstanding documents, failure to clean property, water leaks, lights not working, removing garden equipment after agents promised it will be left on property, broken pool pump, dirty pool, and the list goes on and on (all this was in "order" when we viewed and made offer to purchase). My wife even had threats from the agent to come over to my property and "sort" her out when we complained about all the broken promises...Integrity,Ethical behavior, acting in good faith for both buyer and seller are characteristics that this real estate company does not posses. I cannot give below a 1 star rating, wish I could honestly, I will never advise any potential property buyer to use them ever, I certainly will never in this lifetime. Yes, I should have stipulated a lot on the OTP which I did not and NRG Sunninghill used this to their advantage to basically ignore all concerns raised, and further advise it is now my problem to resolve. It was my first time purchasing a "second" hand property and my naivety cost me a lot. Please becareful of this real estate agency.
I have received awesome service from aero motor dynamics in centurion. Craig and Pravir go above and beyond in their customer service. My vehicle has always been sorted out 100%.
I purchased a new home in an estate in Summerset Midrand in December 2017. I have had endless problems within my home and in the estate as a whole from 2017 till current. The walls inside and outside are cracking badly. The floor tiles have come loose. There is water seepage from the ground which is causing the paint to flake and come loose on my walls. There is water seepage from the roof into my garage. Plaster on outside of house is flaking and coming loose. Bath tubs cracked and damaged. Door handles needed replacing after only 5 months. Vanities in bathrooms soiled and damaged after 4 months (was replaced after 2 months) when I first moved in. Boiler room which was our source of hot water was shut down in the complex (due to it not working properly and the estate spending hundreds of thousands of rands to maintain) and each owner had to install their own geysers at their own costs....I could go on and on and on.... Complained to NHBRC and they say its all maintenance issues :-( ..Im living here for ~2.5 years and will have to spend thousands of rands to maintain a brand new house....this is so ridiculous and unacceptable. Please be careful when purchasing a home. Do your homework first.
