Awesome service, but once you claim they’ll no longer cover you 🚮
After being a Naked customer for nearly 2 years, I recently made my first claim. The claim process was seamless and Angelino was very helpful. Now, when trying to insure my replacement device, I’m told Naked can no longer offer me insurance. What a disappointment, guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Be careful, poor support and ***** dealings
Be incredibly wary when choosing to buy a voucher with this company. They have extremely poor support, and will give you the total run around without giving you your voucher. You can send them proof of the funds being deducted from your account and they will still tell you that your voucher value is less than what you bought.

DEPOSIT THIEVES - DONT SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE CRIMINALS
Do not rent from Pompa Realty Group at all costs. They are deposit thieves as many of these other reviews confirm. Michael Pompa is arrogant and thinks he is above the world. They act tough on behalf of the landlord. Rather save yourself the hassle, and rent through another rental agency.

HelloPeter are supportive of false reviews and refuse to accept proof.
HelloPeter are not fair, instead they are there in support of destruction of small businesses. When people make untrue and clearly destructive reviews on your business, they simply could care less whether it is true or not. This platform is degrading and is not in best business interest.

Impeccable service!
Wisdom Nyathi was such a pleasure to deal with. Refusal to refund deposits
Be extremely wary of entering into any agreement whether it be to purchase or rent any property managed, designed, developed or owned by Leogem Property Projects. They are refusing to refund my deposit with no evidence of their excuse for refusing to refund.

Not the same as what they used to be.
I have been a client of uAfrica.com for over a year. In recent months I have found their customer support to be very poor compared to what it used to be. Their response times and their manner in which they respond is rather disappointing. So sad to see their service degrading..

Unethical Business Conduct
Wish I was able to rate a 0 star. Ordered fibre through Afrihost and TT Connect and it was quite possibly the worst decision I have made to date. Install was completed yesterday, router received today and now I am told there was a break in the cable that they dug up half my driveway to install and it will need to be reconfigured completely. Don’t worry, my bank account has already been debited for the full amount and I have no internet. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS!!
