-5 stars please do not order from this place!! OVER promise under deliver. Disgusting customer service. We ordered a bed and were told it would arrive the following saturday. We waited all day and they never arrived or communicated.On monday I got a call in the evening from a 2nd number claiming to work here. He asked if he could deliver the next day at 12, I said yes. I left work and waited 2 hours. When I contracted both the numbers I was ignored. I spent all day tuesday trying to get confirmation the bed was coming.then a 3rd person 'the driver said he was leaving the warehouse, 90 min away ,this was at 18.00 on tuesday evening . When they arrived it took 2 hours to build the bed. When we woke up the next day we started to notice the details of the bed. So there was no safety rail on the top bunk or on the stairs , in fact the bed was not at all like the one we had ordered and paid for. Not to mention the incredibly poor quality of the wood, which splinters. There is also plaint splatters on the wood and the paint job is appalling. I have since contacted all 3 numbers multiple times.The driver claims he was not given the rail , the 2nd number claims the rail "fell off the bakkie" but most infuriating the "boss , Brian Tanaka " who i spoke to and was very communicative when it came to taking our money , but has completely disappeared. We are still waiting for someone to communicate with us and come and make the bed safe and functional. Very disappointed, would definitely not recommend.

I ordered a kids slide bunk bed from Luxe Pine Furniture and they were very communicative and the hand-made bed is of such good quality. My son absolutely loves it. I would definitely recommend this business. We'll done guys.

I placed an order for a Montessori Floor bed for my daughter and on the day of delivery I had a look at the bed whilst they were putting it together and the quality of the structure of the bed and how it was painted was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. When I informed the guy in charge that I wasn't happy with how many chips/dents and paint spills there were, he told me to sort it out with the delivery guys putting the bed together. So I tell the delivery guys I'm not happy and I can't accept this bed. They then decided they will redo the bed and come back the next day. All fair. They came back and brought a similar quality of bed as the previous day, so many imperfections that were visually unacceptable, ugly and not professionally done. I tell the delivery guy I'll take the bed but I'm not happy paying the price they're expecting me to pay because the bed is bad quality. Considering that they need proof of payment before leaving, I call Brian, the guy in charge to try and explain my unhappiness and no answer at all and now I am left to deal with 2 delivery guys demanding payment. The one delivery guy was incredibly disrespectful towards me, telling me I'm trying to take advantage of them. Not the case at all! My point, is that, as a customer we have A RIGHT to inform the company that we are not happy with the standard of work, ESPECIALLY since we are paying for it! To have people tell me that I must rather go look at other companies since I'm not happy or complaining about their products is just unprofessional to say the least. If anyone crosses paths with this company, please give it a long, hard thought before making a purchase. The quality of their beds is very poor and the customer service is non existent..

After purchasing 2 daybeds and only recently opening them due to being sick, I found them it to be very poor workmanship
