After purchasing 2 daybeds and only recently opening them due to being sick, I found them it to be very poor workmanship
The service was brilliant, Shaun Leseka, was calm, spoke clearly, talked me through what he was doing as I needed to make changes on my policy. It was great speaking to someone that is so helpful, has brilliant phone manners and knows the program and system he is working on
I have an accident, and within a minute Willie Scholtz of Discovery Insure called me to advise that he received notification of a collision. He asked if I was injured, and I was, he called the paramedics, and winthin minutes, I had paramedics, and roadside assist surrounding me, and taking care of everything, it was the made the experience so incredible, I was rushed to hospital, I was taken care of, and so was my car, Willie called within minutes again to ask if everyone arrived, told me who the guy was that would take my car, as the towaway cars were there before the paramedics and I didnt have to worry about anything, but myself, Willie called again the afternoon to give me an update on my claim, my car and if I needed anything with sms with all the details. This was so amazing as the accident was horrific, but he was kind and patient and super efficient. Thank you so much Willie and Discovery Insure,
They do not answer their phones, and when you log onto their website with the waybill number received, it keeps loading and says it is at a percentage of completion, but 4 weeks down the line, still no parcel from Mr Shopper
It is a scam, our company Purchased a product in November, the delivery date was the 3rd of December, we then received a notification it was changed to the 7th December 2020. To date we have not received it, called repeatedly, only to then receive an email with a waybill number fro Pelican Couriers, who is also a scam.
