Massivesaves.com IS A ****
The website is a ****. I paid for a TV in July and was promised delivery between and August. We are now in October and they have not delivered or update me. I wrote them and they promised to follow up. That was the last time they responded to me. I think a mass civil action against these people must be initiated. A BIG ****

Massive Saves , Massive ****mers
Please do not use this company called Massive Saves , how they have not been reported is amazing , they have the best products on display on their website , the best checkout process , but also , they are the best ****mers as well , from no order confirmation to no communication , their email and phone nr is non existent and they are just taking peoples money with no delivery or no refunds or no communication , i was ****med by them when i ordered a inverter on their website , got no order nr , no communication whatsoever , so yeah , i have been duped by their product offering . I have asked for my refund but no answer , please do not fall for this company .

Ordered a product from website. Made payment through their payment portal. Received confirmation email with order number. Received nothing and it past the estimated time of delivery. Emailed and sent whatsapp and phoned on multiple occasions. No response. And no item and its been over a month now.

Ordered a product from website. Made payment through their payment portal. Received confirmation email with order number. Received nothing and it past the estimated time of delivery. Emailed and sent whatsapp and phoned on multiple occasions. No response. And no item and its been over a month now.

Massive Saves or Massive ****?
Still waiting for an order to be delivered that I paid for on the 16th of June 2023. Today is the 24th of July 2023, and still no information about delivery. Telephones are not answered and email replies are extremely poor and still no indication of it is said delivery date

Undelivered Order-1042-****/*****...I placed a Order on the 14/06/2023 and paid R950 from my Banking App- as per Statement.I also received like Alan B, a Email from a Stacey McKenzie, that my Parcel will be delivered on 30/06/2023 or 01/07/2023. I followed up the 05/07/2023 and was told via Email by Stacey, that she will follow up. Now, today ( 19/07/2023 ) at 12pm, I made a Case of ***** against them by SAPS, as I get NO response from Stacey, aswell from the WhatsApp line. Seems that I'm blocked from the WhatsApp line as from the 01/07/2023.These people are *****sters/ ****mers and send to Jail for *********** people of their hard earned Money. ALERT- Stay away from them....!!!

Massive saves no delivery
I have put in and paid for an order on 28 May2023. Today it is 19 July 2023 and my order has still not been delivered. I did sens a WhatsApp message, to which I got a reply days later that there was a delivery that was found out not to have been made by delivery company. A month later - still no delivery. Kindly advise on how I can get my money back from this company.

Massive saves no delivery
I have put in and paid for an order on 28 May2023. Today it is 19 July 2023 and my order has still not been delivered. I did sens a WhatsApp message, to which I got a reply days later that there was a delivery that was found out not to have been made by delivery company. A month later - still no delivery. Kindly advise on how I can get my money back from this company.

UNDELIVERED ORDER - SEEMS LIKE A HOAX
The lowest review star I can give is 1, there should be a NO STAR option. I placed an order on the 4th of June, and received an email that I would receive my parcel between the 30th of June and the 1st of July. I followed up, with NO response, after a few attempts, I got a very 'passive-aggressive' response. Now, it seems either the WhatsApp contact has been deactivated or I have been blocked from contacting them. I have followed up via e-mail with no response. Tried phoning, with no success. I truly feel this company is a Hoax. Don't order from them until they have proven themselves. It seems their primary advertising approach is using TikTok. There the comments section is deactivated (I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same). The main contact person is Stacey Mackenzie

Non-existent Customer Service
I ordered an item on 6th of June after getting great customer service, But I was sent an email stating the delivery would be on 30 June or 1 July. I sent emails and Whatsapp asking when I could expect the delivery. It is the 5th of July and still no reply. All I can do is HOPE I receive the item eventually and that I haven't been ****med. Customer service ends as soon as you have made the payment.

Non-existent Customer Service
