I have put in and paid for an order on 28 May2023. Today it is 19 July 2023 and my order has still not been delivered. I did sens a WhatsApp message, to which I got a reply days later that there was a delivery that was found out not to have been made by delivery company. A month later - still no delivery. Kindly advise on how I can get my money back from this company.

Please remove the contact number you have linked to this person as it is nit tgat person's number. After this - I am going to "Hellopeter". I tried filling in contact form on their website - the form does not function!

So I requested a paid up letter from them, for which I was sent emails to call this number or call that number even after I was told my query was sent through to the attorneys. Well, I got the letter just now in my Inbox, but that is 3 months too late on my house buying process!<br> <br> Now I had to submit a bank statement of 3 months, so I went to Hillcrest Standard bank, printed the bank statement from the AutoPlus machine and went into the bank to request a bank stamp. The lady at Enquiries realised that the surnames were not the same! <br> <br> Marriage surname is captured, but when the bank statement is printed - the maiden surname is printed! Between Enquiries and waiting to be assisted by one of the people behind the desks at Standard Bank, the lady tells me she needs to log a call with HelpDesk to get them to fix this and she does not know how long this will take to be resolved! \Changed information like surnames has not been pulling through at some time"she said. I received a call from this number 076 586 8573 and did not pick it up since it was in the middle of the night and I don't know this number. I then redirected the number to voice mail.<br> <br> In the morning, I find that this number called my phone 8 times at that time of night! Only this morning I called the number, they just dropped it without answering it, I also used a private number to call this number a while ago, the person just answers the phone and keeps quiet until they drop the phone.<br> <br> Please, Vodacom, please investigate this number as this is scary.
