Non-existent Customer Service
I ordered an item on 6th of June after getting great customer service, But I was sent an email stating the delivery would be on 30 June or 1 July. I sent emails and Whatsapp asking when I could expect the delivery. It is the 5th of July and still no reply. All I can do is HOPE I receive the item eventually and that I haven't been ****med. Customer service ends as soon as you have made the payment.

Very disappointed
I never thought I would be writing a bad review about FNB. Have been a client since 2014 with no issues but since the new website and app, it is been a nightmare to transact. Functions like transferring doesn't work anymore. I have to use a different browser and hope it works on that day. Can't use the new app either because the font is too small. Chatting with a banker is painful! Keeps disconnecting then a new banker has to figure out, then disconnects, then a new banker on and on and on.... After 3 days I still don't have a solution. Will have to find a new bank.

Great customer service
I had an issue with finding stock of a specific product and Huletts actually cared and supplied me with the item. Thank you so much for the prompt reply from customer care and the delivery by Mapule. I was constantly contacted to ensure that the product will be supplied. It was great interacting with Huletts.

No refund - 7 months later
It has been 7 months since I asked for a refund. I am amazed that this company hasn't been shut down yet for unethical dealings and theft. PLEASE PLEASE don't buy from this site.

Thieves!
I really hope other customers don't have to get a refund for anything. I have been requesting a refund since 4 January, and have sent 26 emails. One every day... they are basically stealing my money.

Thieves - No refund after 1 month
On the 14th of January I posted that they will refund me. STILL NOT REFUND a month later! Sjoe! I finally received a reply on 4 January and was told the item is out of stock. I have asked for a refund... that was 10 days ago!!!
