I bought two microwaves on the same invoice, I now question: One is rusting and the other is not? Defy says their policy does not cover rust. But they cannot answer a simple question. I believe a policy manual is there for generic situations.

Massive Saves or Massive ****?
Still waiting for an order to be delivered that I paid for on the 16th of June 2023. Today is the 24th of July 2023, and still no information about delivery. Telephones are not answered and email replies are extremely poor and still no indication of it is said delivery date

Be aware that Vodacom can increase the base price of a 24-month contract.
Vodacom has a clause that it can increase the price of your contract. So if you have a 24-month contract, they can just increase the price in your second year. Wonder if this contract clause falls under the national credit act. Eg if you buy a car you agree on the price of the car. Here Vodacom is increasing the price of the car in this case - the price if there data! Yoh

<p>39 Day old IPhone 6 deemed out of warranty ....</p> <p>I got a brand new iPhone 6 from Telkom on the 13 May 2016.</p> <p>The only problem with my iPhone 6, is that it stated missing SIM card every day or so, and then I can’t make or receive phone calls or text messages. The only way to clear the error is to reboot the phone, but then in a few days time the same error will appear again.</p> <p>I changed the SIM card, a few times to check the sim - but still no joy!</p> <p>I then did a complete restore - but it will not continue with the restore process as the IPhone cannot read a SIM card.</p> <p>Took iPhone for repair to Telkom 21 June - the repair centre SMSed me "phone is out of warranty" I must pay R5750 for repairs

Trying to cancel data MTN contract since 23/06/201
I have been trying to cancel a data only MTN contract since 23 June 2015. I have emailed, faxed, emailed, faxed, phone, emailed again et cetera, but to date still no joy. I have even paid the cancellation fee as requested, however what is one still to do in terms of finding out when MTN will cancel your contract
