This is my 3rd complain for the bad treatment received from this dealership. Following the previous complain laid 2weeks ago regarding the bad service received, were I took my car in for minor service but when I pick up the car, its engine was switching off completely at the robots all way through out. So I had to return the car back in on the 30th of August 2023 so to sort out whatevers necessary and to replace Auxi****y battery as it was giving a signal from the day of the service. I have acquired its quote 2days in advance so to avoid misunderstandings. I booked it in on Tues 28th of Aug for 30th of Aug. When I get there The very same service provider Paul told me the cost of the auxi****y battery & its Labour was R3400.... Then I left so they can sort it out. He later called me after his assessment, and told me That the main battery of the car needs to be replaced and its cost is about R7800.... Mind you, the very same new primary battery that was replaced 2weeks ago by the very same people. You know I thought this guy must be missing something, because this car was booked for auxi****y battery and he's nolonger talking about it but instead he wanna change the main battery that 2weeks old.... We had to argue over the phone, so he promised to check again with the technician and he called again to confirm the auxi****y battery needs a replacement that I had a quote for. When I check his new quote is over R4000, way more than the quote I have from him. What I am still asking myself is that If such behavior happens to you, what else, how would I trust if this dealership is serving us properly 🤔. At some point I picked that I have been ridden for a fool, perhaps because I am a woman and african for that matter. It really annoyed me and makes me loose interest in the Mercedes brand. And the very same day when I picked the car, I hear another lady client was crying out for the very same service. And when I was there on the 28th of August 2023, another lady customer was complaining as well. Now this makes me wonder why is this happening to us as women and what does Mercedes Benz do about it. What I don't wanna see is changing the car brand all because of one service agent. Noways, I am not gonna do that at all. Instead Mercedes needs to see into this.

After having experienced a very bad service from Mercedes Benz Sandton, Midrand came back to show that it's not all service centres which are bad. Thank you for the wonderful service. I was not charged for a temporay fix on my car whilst they were waiting for parts which they ordered from Germany. When the parts arrived the tasks was executed very quickly and very efficiently!

After having experienced a very bad service from Mercedes Benz Sandton, Midrand came back to show that it's not all service centres which are bad. Thank you for the wonderful service. I was not charged for a temporay fix on my car whilst they were waiting for parts which they ordered from Germany. When the parts arrived the tasks was executed very quickly and very efficiently!

I took my car in to Mercedes Benz Bryanston for repairs. The service to my car came with no problem. The car was perfectly fixed. Unfortunately I forgot some money in my car. I first noted that just over R20 coins was taken from the ashtray space and thought, "ok it is just change!" I also forgot an envelope with a R1000 in the car and it got stolen by one of the employees. I reported the matter. Got promised it will be looked in and I will receive feedback asap. Again unfortunately I had to do follow up myself. Then due to my persistence the Customer Service manager called and responded, "Sorry we can't take responsibility for this." To me this is unacceptable! This is theft of just over a R1000. And to top it I was served with a lame customer service after starting out well with the repairs of my car. This is a matter I can not leave like this.

I booked my car for service on the 9th Dec at Grand Central Midrand. My car is still under Motorplan. The service advisor turned me back when I got to the dealership saying even though my car is under Motor Plan, Grand Central cannot service my car as it has already been to a Mercedes dealership 5 times. He showed me the cars history and said I must go back and book again and ask for quote for which he estimated at R8000. Later I called Mercedes Head Office and was told my car is under Motor Plan and I can take it to any dealership free of charge countless times during the Motor Plan period. I have since got the car serviced at Mercedes Fountains PTA. Grand Central has lost me and anyone that I know who owns a Mercedes.

Last year August I took my car to Mercedes midrand for a service I was told that my front brake pads and disk needs to be replaced so I paid for brand new products only to find out now in March that the products were not new but the disk was skimmed. When I complained to them they said that they made a mistake on the invoice. The invoice says front brake pads and they actually changed the rear disks and not the front. How can we trust a large company like this as they charge customers prices for new products but we are getting cheated like this. Regards Sohana Uddin O ********** 66

Last year August I took my car to Mercedes midrand for a service I was told that my front brake pads and disk needs to be replaced so I paid for brand new products only to find out now in March that the products were not new but the disk was skimmed.
