Thank you very muck for having my car HR 15 WV GP serviced after been refused service at Grand Central. You never asked questions as my car is under Motor Plan. All you said was bring your car tomorrow. Thank you Ilse for treating me like a king. You have a new customer now.
I booked my car for service on the 9th Dec at Grand Central Midrand. My car is still under Motorplan. The service advisor turned me back when I got to the dealership saying even though my car is under Motor Plan, Grand Central cannot service my car as it has already been to a Mercedes dealership 5 times. He showed me the cars history and said I must go back and book again and ask for quote for which he estimated at R8000. Later I called Mercedes Head Office and was told my car is under Motor Plan and I can take it to any dealership free of charge countless times during the Motor Plan period. I have since got the car serviced at Mercedes Fountains PTA. Grand Central has lost me and anyone that I know who owns a Mercedes.
Good day, I’m a residing from 2003 in Philip Nel Park in PTA West next to TUT. The whole area fro TUT to the West above the Danville tunnel has got no Vodacom signal.i hv been complaining and hv emails iPod my conversations with Vodacom about this issue .: From 2003 they hv been pushing the goal post every 2 yrs until today. We cannot use our cell phones without being cut off and we sometimes hv to call someone while you a km away bcos when you reach your destination around my area you won’t be able to call. We are professionals sometimes working from home but we cannot connect our computers and this affect our performance. I personally travelled a km away just to do my work in my car next to a Vodacom tower. Just recently we were promised that a base station will be built in June 2019 but they just called to say we should wait another 2yrs. You go to a township and look up the sky there’s plenty of cell towers but we, 5 km from the City Centre PTA we struggling

Your staff member Akua was so concerned and had answers readily or called back promptly. Dear All,<br> on Aug 14 2014 i was admitted to the PTA East Hospital for a shoulder operation. The hospital phone Discovery Health on my behalf for authorization and I was told immediately that the will be no copayment from me. I asked the hospital again as i was of the belief that that the should be copayment, like it happened 2 years earlier with the other shoulder, and the hospital said we can confirm that there is no copayment.<br> I was admitted and the operation was successful. Months later I got a call that i owe the hospital R5000 copayment then I said but why now. I contacted Discovery Health and they told me,after listening to the tape recording, that the codes they got from the hospital didn't need a copayment that's why no payment was asked from me. This year I got sheriff demanding money and i immediately wrote a letter to the hospital, who the assured me that i should ignore the sheriff letter as they will be investigating. Im still waiting.<br> on the 19 October '15 i was admitted again. Just when I got back from theater, still under anesthetic, my bed was surrounded by hospital staff demanding payment. I told them my whole story but they insisted i pay, this is<br> intimidatin
