Avoid this company!
Avoid Mmela at all costs. I cannot transfer ownership of my vehicle as I have not received the necessary documentation - after 6 months!

Our car was knocked by one of mmela car insurance client on the 4th of October 2023 at the back, the driver gave us her insurance details to claim for third party. We claimed and submitted all the required documents by November, now they gone all silent we can’t reach them on the phone the consultant we were dealing with Kgaogelo Makopo is no where to be found

You'll wait for the car allocation for a whole year
You'll wait for car allocation forever, the website status is not updated regularly 😑 you have to call to make follow up yet status on the websites states that production is complete. It's not like this cars we're getting for free, they should just cancel this *********** service provider now we stuck we can't buy cars on our own because we're waiting for them for a whole year.

You'll wait for car allocation forever, the website status is not updated regularly 😑 you have to call to make follow up yet status on the websites states that production is complete. It's not like this cars we're getting for free, they should just cancel this *********** service provider now we stuck we can't buy cars on our own because we're waiting for them for a whole year.

Sort out your Vehicle quote calculator
I've been trying to apply for a government subsidized vehicles for weeks now but there's a problem with your calculator, it doesn't save or calculate my quote, kindly resolve this issue and vehicle price list for 2021 not been updated, and there's a limited number of vehicles there as well. I have to do this application as soon as possible, but your system is always down and frustrating.

Sort out your Vehicle quote calculator
I've been trying to apply for a government subsidized vehicles for weeks now but there's a problem with your calculator, it doesn't save or calculate my quote, kindly resolve this issue and vehicle price list for 2021 not been updated, and there's a limited number of vehicles there as well. Poor with no communication service
My Mother Mrs Sina Sekgobela was invlolved in an vehicle accident on the 18th of August 2021 which Mr Veli Mathibela was the 2nd party responsible for the accident. As of today the matter hasn't been resolved and my pension mother is without her vehicle last communication McDonald's Sebola mentioned someone will be coming in between the 11th and 12th October 2021 to access the vehicle from Yardrisk Insurance all day we have been calling with no feedback. both Mmela financial services and Yardrisk insurance are horrible at communication and providing good service i will forever spread to anyone that i know regarding their poor services in this day and time.
