terrible service
I app**** for a property through the above company. The consultant dealing with it was Brendon. He was aware of my low score rating but insisted he could get me a bond. After viewing the property, signing the OTP and supplying all documents, he only started the paperwork a month later. He just passed it on to someone else and all paperwork had to be resubmitted. Many many calls to him, emails and calling the office he still insisted the house would go through before the deeds office closes for December. Many complaints to his manager and the CEO yielded no joy. Taking his confident manner about the house being mine to purchase i had already starting packing and placed my notice at my current residence. This company is terrible. No communication, no apology for their shoddy treatment of clients. They take no accountability for their bad service delivery. How many other clients have they "*****ed over". How many dreams have they demolished with their attitude. They should not be allowed to practice anymore and should go under review. I am a disabled single parent and what this company has done to me, the lives of my family especially my rescue animals is despicable. I urge future homeowners not to go through this company because they just full of fresh air and BS. Their business states " QUICK, TRANSPARENT AND PAPERLESS HOME LOANS" which really is a joke. This company has made a fool of me and the estate agents involved.

terrible service

Mortgage Market - Hell of an experience
(I wish there was a rating below 1 star) Poor service from the moment i submitted my application - what was meant to be an exciting experience, turned into the biggest nightmare. '' The agent that assisted me showed zero interest in actually assisting me. It started with me specifically asking to not submit application to my own bank as i was going to myself - they completely neglected my request and went ahead regardless. When i asked why: "oops, simple mistake". This of course now meant i had to negotiate through the incompetent agent, to my own bank. A nightmare which started off with my own bank rejecting my application! Communication so bad, i had to continuously follow up with the agent.....no reply or very late. I then myself had to reach out to the banks and ask for updates. Only to later hear that agent didn't furnish them with required info because client (me) was negotiating with another bank. In no way does that mean you should reject another bank???- i was negotiating with all banks, i have a right to. Its my say which bank i want to accept or reject. Anyways...further to that...the agent never once cared to explain to me what the process for a bond application was, what happens after, can i negotiate with bond reg attorney..not even advising me when do i get my cash back - again, i had to follow up! The incompetency was beyond what i have ever imagined. To sum it up ---- stay away, from my experience all they seemed to care about is getting their piece of the pie ....nothing more.
