Using our emotions to make money not our pets best interest.
Dr Hennie is *********** with older dogs. All her blood work was normal. Thereafter administered an overdose of Cerinia without weighing her.she suffered all the side effects. And bleeding. Rushed her to jhb vet hospital. Where they insisted she must be spayed. Another set of *********** vets. I sad no operations she is so weak. 25k a day for icu the spaying will stop bleeding. After opp I pulled all their pipes washed her she was still breathing held her in arms smilled and took 2 deep breaths. Christ claimed her. Amen I will expose the incompetence in honor of my doggie person. Bella first and only survivor of brain tumor surgery. Performed by Dr Hartman. He does good work.

The BEST animal clinic.
If hellopeter allowed more stars i would give you infinite. i took my puppies for their 3rd injection, after an hour or so at home 1 puppy started getting an very bad allergic reaction. the little one was didn’t know what to do scratching and dragging his head on the floor, i phoned the afterhours number and the Dr was more than willing to help, he told me he is actually going out with friends but he insisted i bring the puppy to the clinic for an anti allergic injection, now i know why i read comments that people from JHB and PTA would rather drive all the way to your clinic than their own local clinic. Your service is absolutely the best I will never use another clinic for my fur babies again. Motsumi animal clinic is the Best.

Know that your pet is in good hands.
I've been going to so many different animal clinics over the years. Motsumi animal clinic is really there for our animals. I had a problem with one of my cats. One thing I realized years ago is that your animals are not only pets they become your family. I have been back in my home town for more than a year. From word go, they have treated me as part of their family. So I went in and explain my situation. Hunter my cat has a skin allergy. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and remembered me from previous visits. Dr. Johan listened to my problem and explained to me what the problem can be. He gave me the medication and told me what I needed to do. I felt relieved and went home and was happy that Hunter would be fine.

Motsumi Animal Clinic
For years my family and I have been going to Motsumi because of great service and the amount of love they had for animals. However in the past year or so the quality of service went down the drain, causing the loss of valued pets that were a part of our family. I'm disgusted and appalled to think that this is acceptable for a vet. Our puppy went in for a drip due to illness and when we received our puppy back, he had large open wounds on the paws due to "infection" from the drip. At no point were the wounds covered as they "need to dry out" and at no point was any effort made to add a cone or lotion to prevent further infection. Puss was dripping from the wounds. Then the same vet has the audacity to say he is not responsible for the puppy licking the wounds, and that perhaps we should put the pup down as he won't ever have a normal life. I've never been that close to assaulting someone in my life. A different vet cleaned the wounds and dressed them properly stating that she had never in her life seen such a disregard for another life before.

Motsumi aninmal clinic Brits
I have never experienced such compassion, excellent and expedient service, understanding of a situation and love for their clients and their pets. Dr Pretorius and Dr Venter have endless patience and knowledge of every animal. The rest of the staff follow their lead and make hard situations easier to cope with. Having said that, Motsumi's hours of work and prices are of the best in the country.

Excellent service!
Last night after 10 pm our dog had an minor complication. We called Motsumi and they missed the call but called us back that late. Dr I Van Wyk waited 45 mins for us and assisted us so efficiently. He was so kind and patient. He didn't seem to be in a rush or like we had bothered him at all. He answered all our questions and explained everything to us. Their prices are also not bad

Excellent service!
