Bidvest security at the Standard Bank in Brits Mall. Laurence is a security guard at that branch. I really think that he is going far and beyond his duty to be helpful outside of the Branch at the Atms. Keep up the good work by employing staff you can talk to.
I visit on regular basis your branch in Checkers at Brits mall. I visited one day and the pharmacist Tsolo helped this day. She was so friendly and very helpful. I just want management to know that all the staff in that branch are exceptional in doing their jobs.
I visited the Branch in Brits today. I was very impressed with these two ladies. Ingrid on the till and Tebogo as a packer. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. Tebogo was very observant. A lot happened and when I was surprised about the total amount I owed that it was much less than I expected. She reminded me what was happening. That to me meant a lot. Normally packers are not so observant. I really appreciated the fact that she was giving attention to a client.
Standard Bank Brits Mall. My card was frozen because I didn't bring the documents to verify who I am. I was scared that it was a ****. So I got proof of address and I go to visit the Branch. The previous day I went to the branch to find the reason for my card to be frozen. I went into the bulk teller cubicle. She was very friendly and explained to me what I am supposed to do. So the next morning I went back, I expected to be long in the queue. A young customer clerk took me to his office when it was my turn. He took my proof of address and Id. He came back and did what he was supposed to do on the computer. My card was not frozen anymore. He was friendly and sufficient. I did visit them before and always I got good service. I walked away with a smile.
This is not the first time that I'm writing a review for the Absa ***** department, I wanted to give them time to respond and they didn't. My card was cloned in December 2022 and we are now in April up to now no response was given as to what happened. Why were my debit cards known to the ********s? The one card was on its way to my branch and that card number was used to approve online transactions. My life became a nightmare. I was scared to keep money in my cheque account. I had no time to transfer money over to my cheque account and the items were returned. For more than a month I draw cash via my credit card to buy groceries and I got a new card. Two days ago I got a message that my cheque account was overdrawn which was not true. How do I know that it's not a staff member helping the ********s? I also still waiting for a refund of the amount of R488. 84 on 07/02/2023. I would really appreciate a refund. I'm a pensioner and every cent counts.
I visit the Dis-chem in Brits regularly. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When it seems that you are lost, they are ready to help you to find what you are looking for, The security guard at the door never let you feel that you are a nuisance when you ask where to go.
I've been going to so many different animal clinics over the years. Motsumi animal clinic is really there for our animals. I had a problem with one of my cats. One thing I realized years ago is that your animals are not only pets they become your family. I have been back in my home town for more than a year. From word go, they have treated me as part of their family. So I went in and explain my situation. Hunter my cat has a skin allergy. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and remembered me from previous visits. Dr. Johan listened to my problem and explained to me what the problem can be. He gave me the medication and told me what I needed to do. I felt relieved and went home and was happy that Hunter would be fine.
Absa Brits Mall Branch understood the fact that I needed help, when I started with the problem that someone was cloning of my debit card, the customer service department helped me with issuing new cards and the tellers helped me to transfer my funds from one account to another. The customer services host manager did not mind if I just walked into her office when I have a question or complain about my account and not getting feedback regarding the case.
Fraud department. My Debit card was cloned the first time on 22/12/2022. They said that their SLA, in that case, would be between 15-21 days. It is today 01/02/2023. Since I phoned to report the case, I have not received any phone call from any investigators. My card was cloned again. I reported the case again. I was told that I have to go to the police to make a case of fraud. I must also get an affidavit from the Police station. I did my part. Another fraudulent action happened and I also reported that. Still no reaction from my investigator.
We planned our vacation a long time ago. We decided on Hill Manor Guest Lodge because it fell in our price range of what we were prepared to pay. It was also conveniently situated near all the places we wanted to visit. The service was great, the security was good and all our requests were met. There was a person hanging around, which was not one of the guests. That situation was dealt with professionally. We stayed for 10 days. We had what we needed. We really enjoyed our family vacation.
