So this will be a review and a little story all in one. So it's the 13th of December 2023, festive season, so everyone is slammed with orders and stocks are low. I wanted a gaming laptop (because let's face it a desktop with eskom is a bad idea). First I phoned evetech, boy what a "joy" that was. First off, I'm greeted by an extremely rude and unwilling "helper" stating that they can not help me with any orders as their last order date would be the 16th, presenting a slight problem for me who will only be getting paid on the 22nd. Unwilling to help or compromise, I decided to try elsewhere. Never have I had such a horrible experience with someone over the phone. Next up, wootware. More or less the same experience except this time I spoke to someone friendly, but alas they can not help due to the time "limit" and my unfortunate payday. I tried a couple of places after that, and you could probably guess how that went. So, one of my gaming buddies phones me up to schedule our annual game night, and he has to hear me complain first. Without a moments hesitation, he says "Bro why haven't you tried Dreamware Tech? They are the best. I practically ONLY use them." So I do a Google search, find a number, and being a little frustrated with my luck as of late I might have bombarded the poor oak with information as soon as he picked up. But here is where things take an unexpected turn. Brent informs me basically the same thing. Orders close on the 16th. HOWEVER he was willing to help out due to my pay date. We hop the conversation over to WhatsApp and within a matter of minutes he helped me, no attitude, no hassle, just unbelievably friendly. I place my order and wait for payday. On the 21st we get paid (a day early? What a blessing). I make my payment and ask Brent whether he received it or not, bare in mind I've kind of been bothering him a bit to follow up but he doesn't mind and remains friendly, professional and helpful. Brent then performs Christmas miracle number 2. The laptop would be delivered before the 23rd, over the festive season, just before Christmas... Man I was over the moon. The laptop arrived, beautifully wrapped and a chocolate with it no less. Truly a dream. Their name a little on the nose ey? I will definitely support Dreamware Tech again. Without a second thought. Best service I have ever received and well deserved of a 5 star

Look... When my wife went in for a squeegee I decided to wait in the car with the dogs. An hour later I decided to give her a call because clearly a simple squeegee can't take this long. Surprise surprise she got more than that so is it a good store? Well it has to be for a simple 5min stop to turn into an hour long expedition.
My wife has been struggling for a little over a month to get in touch with them. Ignoring the fact that she was charged for items she didn't receive, charged for training which they have not given or gotten back to her regarding the matter. Zero email response and phoning seems to be pointless as there is no answer. A lot of money was spent, but it seems that JG Electronics much like everyone else nowadays do not care because they got their money.
Most pathetic delivery service ever. Unresponsive, inconsiderate. My parcel has been "out for delivery" and returned three days in a row despite the delivery man being in my area.
So once again I have to write a review and post it on hellopeter because speaking to Vodacom directly only results in extremely unprofessional staff and a general unpleasant experience. Every time I experience problems with my fiber line Vodacom staff love to say it is an "area outage". After trying to explain that my neighbor who is also with Vodacom has internet connection Vodacom staff gets rude. Last time I had to wait a full month before getting helped and the only thing that seemed to spark any response out of the Vodacom staff was leaving a review on here. Why? Why do I have to go onto another website and talk about how horrible your service is before you wake up and do something? Why is customer satisfaction a zero on your priority list? Can't give you a zero so one will have to do.
At the time of writing this review I've had just about enough of Vodacoms excuses. I never thought that Vodacom would be just as bad as telkom, having zero regard for customer satisfaction. I lost connection to the internet on the 14th of March 2022. Today is the 9th of April 2022 marking three weeks without internet. Vodacom responded only AFTER I first reviewed them on hellopeter, and only then did they intend on doing anything to resolve my outage. Vodacom then promised to send a technician on the 8th of April, this technician was scheduled for 14H00. He only arrived after 16H00. Once he was here he tested my line only to discover that the previous technicians who connected my neighbors network used my fibre line as it was just too much effort to pull a second line through. What I want you the reader to understand is that I've been on the phone with Vodacom nearly every single day since my fibre first went off, hearing just about every excuse in the book. From area outages to waiting on materials. So did the technician fix my fibre? No. Nothing was resolved as he didn't have the right equipment to do the job so he was then scheduled for the 9th of April. Did he show up? You guessed it. No. Monday will mark 4 weeks without any service, 4 weeks of lies and poor communication. 4 weeks for something that could have taken two days at most to resolve. But that's just what customer satisfaction means to Vodacom. Do I recommend this service to anyone else? No. I'd rather commit to auto-cannibalism than have to deal with another lie from Vodacom.
For years my family and I have been going to Motsumi because of great service and the amount of love they had for animals. However in the past year or so the quality of service went down the drain, causing the loss of valued pets that were a part of our family. I'm disgusted and appalled to think that this is acceptable for a vet. Our puppy went in for a drip due to illness and when we received our puppy back, he had large open wounds on the paws due to "infection" from the drip. At no point were the wounds covered as they "need to dry out" and at no point was any effort made to add a cone or lotion to prevent further infection. Puss was dripping from the wounds. Then the same vet has the audacity to say he is not responsible for the puppy licking the wounds, and that perhaps we should put the pup down as he won't ever have a normal life. I've never been that close to assaulting someone in my life. A different vet cleaned the wounds and dressed them properly stating that she had never in her life seen such a disregard for another life before.
