RUINED BALLOONS AND STINK CUSTOMER SERVICE/ATTITUDE
I went in on the 8th of Feb to get balloons done that I had already bought. The ladies were not friendly first off and then once I explained what I need done they set off doing that while I gathered other things in the shop. When I came back the were blowing up the 36cm clear balloons and the one was significantly smaller than the other one. It wasn’t closed yet so I asked if they could please make them the same size. The look I got from the lady was as if I asked her to step in dog ****. She then did that and said the shape would not be the same due to the balloon. Didn’t ask maybe you would like to purchase a different one so that they can look the same etc. NOPE. Just kept going and handed my balloons to me. The ladies then laughed and looked at each other and said it looks like Jacob Zuma’s head. Walked off and carried on working. Im appalled by the service I received at the balloon station at Northmead Benoni. Would not recommend them AT ALL!!

Stinking customer service
M a Baker and I buy my baking aid at My China store in Benoni Northmead. I bought food colouring for my cakes and the taste was off. I realised when I hot a complain from a customer and indeed its true. The taste was like they added aloe in it so I took it back. A toll woman, I believe she's a manager didn't even want to come and hear us. After I made a lot of noise she came and said "I've worked here for more than 20 years and there'd never a complain like that, and I can't help u because we don't make this things but buy so here's the number u can call them" Was so disappointed because m regular customer. Sometimes I think she mistreated me because m black as she asked of my race when called. I was angry I left it there as it was not the first time not getting helped. Can somebody please help stop that woman. I also called the sales rep from the CAKE FLORA company by the name of Yvonne. She said I was right to take it back to where I bought it, I told her what transpired she said she'll investigate and come back to me. It's been three months now and I bought another food colouring it still tasting bad now I can't go back to complain because m not getting help

China town belhar
My wife and daughter went to look for some goodies for Easter and we went to China town store in Belhar cavalier centre.My wife and daughter were followed around like ********s. For this reason I will make it my personal duty to inform as many people as possible to ***cott China shops in Belhar .

WOW! In a time of worry and stress, and just running around trying to get everything done and dusted and keeping your much needed job, I was today SO SO SO SO impressed with Thsepiso at My China Store in Northmead. I only have an hour lunch in which i need to fetch both kids from different schools, but one school needed attire for Spring Day. I called, and Tshepiso, sent me a message from their Whatsap line, ran around taking photos of everything I asked, made up my order and had it ready for me to pay and collect in record time. Thank you so much guys, its not much these days where you get customer service like this! I hope the store really appreciates your effort and absolute friendly nature in how you do things! You have no idea how much you have helped me today!

WOW! Distasteful shopping experience
Staff have no respect for customers & when mentioned on their group, it gets made out that you are the one at fault. Not even an apology!! These are the kinds of things that keep me away from my favorite stores. I surely would think go there again. But I guess you get what you pay for, in future I'll rather spend a little extra & at least have peace of mind that I'm valued.
