I went in on the 8th of Feb to get balloons done that I had already bought. The ladies were not friendly first off and then once I explained what I need done they set off doing that while I gathered other things in the shop. When I came back the were blowing up the 36cm clear balloons and the one was significantly smaller than the other one. It wasn’t closed yet so I asked if they could please make them the same size. The look I got from the lady was as if I asked her to step in dog ****. She then did that and said the shape would not be the same due to the balloon. Didn’t ask maybe you would like to purchase a different one so that they can look the same etc. NOPE. Just kept going and handed my balloons to me. The ladies then laughed and looked at each other and said it looks like Jacob Zuma’s head. Walked off and carried on working. Im appalled by the service I received at the balloon station at Northmead Benoni. Would not recommend them AT ALL!!
If I could give absolutely no stars I would. Glynwood’s emergency department is absolutely appalling. I suffered with an infected tooth, by accident I overdosed on mybulen due to the excruciating pain I was in through the course of the day on 5th March. Fast forward to 6 March @2am in the morning I was vomiting like crazy and had chills and was in extreme pain. Rush to their emergency ward just to be treated like utter **** of the earth. I told them that I feel sick and I’m going to vomit, the nurse made absolutely no effort to rush to help get a bucket or whatever. Instead I was left to vomit on the floor which was humiliating to say the least and proceed to stare at me because she had to clean the vomit off the floor. While the nurse was assessing me and asking questions she was extremely rude and impatient. As soon as they also heard that I have depression they probably assumed that it I overdosed myself on purpose. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend Glynwood to anyone. I would have rather died outside on the street than be treated the way I was.
I cannot thank Dr JFA POTGIETER enough for the AMAZING CARE I received this past week 1st of June 2022. I was in agonizing pain for 6 months before I came across Dr POTGIETER. The compassion and level of care from the Dr was so refreshing. He assured me countless times through EVERYTHING that he would help me and take the pain away and that he will get to the cause. Was in so much pain that I started crying during my appointment from not knowing what to do anymore and he spoke so softly and consolingly that I already knew then he is an absolute GEM! He held my hand as the drip was being inserted in theatre and held my hand til I was completely under. His knowledge is outstanding. From fertility to endometriosis he knows what he is doing. Thanks to him I will no longer live everyday in pain. Thank you DR Dries Potgieter, I would recommend him any day x 100000 infinity!
If I could give Netcare Femina Hospital a -infinity I would. The nursing staff treated me so poorly I actually came out of hospital with PTSD just from my stay. The ONLY COMPETENT individuals that were there was the Anesthesiologist (cannot remember the Drs name unfortunately) and DR Dries POTGIETER!!! The most AMAZING DR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! The nursing staff need some serious communication skills and compassion. If I had a terrible stay for a laparoscopy…. I don’t even want to know how they treat the new mothers in the ward. Please rather go to MediClinic Kloof Hospital.
Like someone else said I wish I could give them a 0 as their service is pathetic!!! My membership was expiring in Jan and therefore confirmed in Jan that I would NOT like to continue with the membership. Seemole Machaba is absolutely rude I’m not even replying or informing me yet they love debiting my account! They will NEVER get a reference from me that is for sure. Disgusting service!!!!!

I was at dr Neethlings office the 27th of September for a tooth abscess, when examining he said that it is not an abscess and that the filling is the problem. Redid the filling and told him there is a funny taste in my mouth like when you have an abscess and he told me that it would go away and may take some time. Forward 2 months later end of November I get extreme pain in the tooth that he worked on and made an appointment again. Unfortunately I was only able to get one on the 2nd of December. Told him that I think there is an abscess in this tooth, he then admitted there is an abscess and that he hopes he can save the tooth?! I was there for this exact reason and he miss diagnosed the tooth when it could’ve been sorted long ago before it got to this point. I then had to pay for the SAME tooth AGAIN and for his mistake!! Please do note when speaking to the receptionist and dr I told them that it was the same tooth from September that he had worked on and need it to be fixed. To make matters worse I’m in so much pain after he “fixed” my tooth that even strong meds don’t take the pain away and don’t even think the abscess was drained properly. Completely rude receptionist on top of all of that!! Will never go back again and will not be referring any family or friends to this practice!
