Vodacom claims they are not vodapay but to go to Vodacom app u via vodapa. M concerned about voda bucks they promise but never received. After speaking with an agent she logged a call but after a day I got sms saying my ticket service is closed. Unresolved and no reason given as to why and still no voda bucks. The said part is u can't call them because if u call vodacom u can't be helped they just say use tobi and yes tobi gives opportunity to speak with agent so today I was given Tshepo Mathebula and I tried him he never responded till I decided to drop it. Is vodapay ****ming us
I bought a stove online on Tuesday. Till today Monday there no communication from them. I tried calling its engaging the hole of last week today a guy picked up and said nothing is showing on the system as to why it's delayed so he'll follow up with the warehouse. My worry is when I track my order its on j010 which is code for processing since Tuesday. M not happy with their customer service really processing the order for six days and no communication like even an invoice was not sent.

I've written a review exposing vodapay about vouchers that came with an expired date. They called and I explained my situation the said they'll investigate after 3 weeks I wrote a review again complaining that they are not responding then they respond saying they closed my case and escalated the matter to support group. It's been a month nobody contacted me to explain what's happened I still ss vodacom/vodapay is a ****. I want my money because I bought vouchers using voda bucks and my mony
Someone called after I wrote a review and ask what happened, I explained and they promised to resolve the matter. They said they'll send me an email where I must respond with my voda bucks vouchers. It has been two weeks m still waiting for that email. Again I strongly feel ****med 😪
I bought vouchers on vodacom shpo using my voda bucks for restaurant use. The vouchers number didn't show immediately, days went by. I kept on waiting, checking everyday and the text appeared would be that I will get an sms with my vouchers number. Mid September I got vouchers number and it had an expired date but appeared on valid vouchers. I called vodapay they transferred to vodabucks a lady that help me was very hash about it asking me y I kept quiet all this long when I explained that I wasn't quiet I was checking everyday and getting the same text that I'll receive an sms she shouted at me saying I should hv seen that something was wrong and she said she'll escalate the matter, that was a week ago till this date nobody called or explained what's going to happen because there's money also that I paid when buying those vouchers
I bought a pair of somizi collection last month and the stitches are coming out. I texted them on Facebook, and they responded by asking if I washed them. I told them I got rained while wearing them. They then sent an email to write which I did and it was sent three weeks ago, till this day i hv not been answered. What pains me most is the price for this tekkies. The normal price is R1999,99 and I bought because it was on 50% promo and they so comfortable but the quality and customer service is failing especially on online service 😑.
M a Baker and I buy my baking aid at My China store in Benoni Northmead. I bought food colouring for my cakes and the taste was off. I realised when I hot a complain from a customer and indeed its true. The taste was like they added aloe in it so I took it back. A toll woman, I believe she's a manager didn't even want to come and hear us. After I made a lot of noise she came and said "I've worked here for more than 20 years and there'd never a complain like that, and I can't help u because we don't make this things but buy so here's the number u can call them" Was so disappointed because m regular customer. Sometimes I think she mistreated me because m black as she asked of my race when called. I was angry I left it there as it was not the first time not getting helped. Can somebody please help stop that woman. I also called the sales rep from the CAKE FLORA company by the name of Yvonne. She said I was right to take it back to where I bought it, I told her what transpired she said she'll investigate and come back to me. It's been three months now and I bought another food colouring it still tasting bad now I can't go back to complain because m not getting help
I went to nedbank lakeside mall in benoni to get a confirmation stamp that I don't have an acc with then. I usually do it every year. This time a lady took my id and went through to the staff entrance leaving me standing still by the help desk. After 20 minutes she came and told me to take a sit for consultant. Another 15 minutes went buy... my turn came a lady by th name of Mogadi Masilela was my assistant she went into my account telling me how I should open a loan because I had one a long time ago. I asked her to give what I came for but ignored that didn't sitwell with me. I was so uncomfortable because already I wasn't told y they took my particulars to the back and then told to see a consultant. Please be careful there too much *****ulent at banks especially when they this desperate for clients. We ended up yelling at each other because she's not asking for my time and permission to offer whatever they wanted to sell me. M so disappointed at nedbank
Couldn't make a purchase with card as there was laodshedding so I opted for lay buy because I didn't have enough cash to buy, and that was done manually too. I paid for my order at my nearest store as I was outta province. Today I went to get it but they resold my clothes. I asked the manager said the system kicked it out so they took it back to the floor and sold it. I ask for my money she offered a gift card. I don't want that I want my money 😩 since m no longer going to shop at ackermans. I tried to call their customer care and they dropped it three times. Worse they never called me for my whereabouts before distributing my clothes
