We have been contacting them via various mails and numbers. With NO reply whatsoever. It happened previously aswell. Always happy to help when you are a new client,but after a few years when you want to purchase parts for the apnea machine,NO RESPONSE.

Since April I have been trying to get a nasal mask etc from my sleep. I have sent a number of emails trying to find out what is happening. Needless to say I get no reply on my emails.. I am asking someone at my sleep to contact me

All 5 x MySleep branches closed down. All telephones off. Calculated closure. Company with no conscience - taking people's money till the last moment and then disappear over night. Visited the Pretoria branch (20/05/21) the day before a big operation to enquire about my Philips CPAP machine that was ordered in December 2020. Wanted to take the instrument to hospital as my old machine does not function properly after more than 5 years. Was taken into a consultation room and told that the problem lies with the USA government allowing firms to export to South Africa but that it will be addressed in a week's time (just the time for them to disappear). Lost count of the various excuses!
