Unexplained Debt and Harassment by Ampath - Loyal Customer of Over a Decade Betrayed I'm shocked and disappointed with Ampath's handling of my account, especially after being a loyal customer for over a decade and spending thousands of rands with them. Months ago, I received a bill from Ampath, which I paid in full. However, now they're claiming I owe an additional, unexplained amount. Despite my long-standing relationship with Ampath and my history of prompt payments, their customer care team has failed to: - Provide any explanation or evidence for the new amount - Investigate the dispute - Offer any support or assistance in resolving the issue Instead, they've appointed National Credit Control Solutions CC, who have been harassing me with aggressive and unprofessional communication, demanding payment for the unexplained amount. I've attached an email snippet from Charnoze Meyer, which demonstrates the unprofessional tone and lack of willingness to assist. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and transparency from Ampath. Their failure to manage my account and their debt collection practices are unacceptable. I have been having a really difficult time with debt rescue. Out of 5 creditors one reduced the intrest to zero. Rest the same. On some i am paying less than the intrest, the amount owned is becoming more. I was told by debt rescue that the reason is i never provided my proof of rental so this amount was not taking into account when negotiations with the creditors on interest rates. I checked and i have the email where i did send it to them. I have been paying for two years almost R10k per month with no progress on my debt. They agreed to renegotiate but i am being ignored and no feedback given. They are still taking R500 per month from their fees but did not do their job. Nevermind the massive amount of intrest paid, all die to them not doing what i am paying them to do. I do not reccoment them. They gave me a term of paying off the debt but this is not correct. It wont be paid off over 20 years plus. Probably 30 years. Completely being dishonest and decided to ignore me. You will probably reply with lies but this is what happened to me.
Bought 4 pairs of under armour male underwear and it was at a cost of R1000. By accident i ordered a large and not a medium. They approved to return it as on the product it states free returns. When I collected it o saw my mistake. Kept it sealed and returned it as mentioned above. Then takelot confirmed that its unused and sealed in original packaging. After that my return was declined. When i confronted them om the product is saying free returns they went and pulled out contradicting fine print saying i cannot return this item . Have been trying ever since to get my money back or get the items back. Went in circles with them asking for a deli excuse address over and over. Today as well after i sent it. So you want to keep my item and keep my money. Im sure you will write a response with lies but i can provide all the emails and i will paste it in this review if you do not resolve it without excuses. You ******* me with it saying free returns then pulled out fine print.
I ordered a couch from coricraft. The material of the couch was very low quality. It kept making this fluff on it. Their advice was to cut this off with a fluff collector. This happend 3 weeks after delivery. Im apparently this was suppose to be explained at the point of sale. I have no idea why they would even use this material . the couch looks horrible. I would like you to come and collect the couch and refund me on it so that i can go and buy a quality couch somewhere else. I am very disappointed
honestly stay away from Mweb as far as you can. the worst ISP in South Africa. literally go with anyone else. you will be better off. you will be throttled all the time. its impossible to get a quick response out of them. on a Friday they throttle your internet for example. the technical "expert" will then call you back on Wednesday for example. so you spend the entire weekend without internet. If i could i would give them a minus rating. I moved to Afrihost and it is a lot better. try that. They also refused to give me a refund for the days i was without internet. i pay for a service and i did not get it. so basically they are taking your money without providing a service. nice business for them. they do not really care if you call them. they will make up excuses why your internet is slow and the problem is not with them. completely insane these people. stay away.
Bad experience with mweb is an understatement. Seems they always slow down your speed to the point that your internet is worthless. Yet im paying R700 a month for nothing. Contacting their customer care is a waist of your time and airtime. The last time i called them the person that was suppose to help me made up excuses as to why my internet is slow and it even drops on a regular basis to no internet. Router i paid for is also sh*t. The person at mweb told me with an attitude that i should be trying settings on the router myself and not to contact mweb again. So can i get my money back mweb? Seems you are very eager to take the money and then provide less than nothing of a service. I will be going to your Randburg office and not leaving without a refund. Logging queries on your app is also a waist if time. It does not work.
Have been waiting for my new cpap machine for 3 years and now it seems they closed their doors
Had the worst service at burger king fourways mall this morning. 30 jan. I ordered and the order took 20min. The when they give me the order they tell me they only put cheese on my fries and that they are out of jalapeños. No refund received on the fries which i paid for. The soda was filled 3/4 as i could see the machine was not working.
The store was really hot on a hot day. 11 April 2021. It seems when the manager is not there the staff sets the hvac to heat for some reason. I left my shopping in the store as i could not take the heat. Fourways branch
