Bad customer service

Beyond great service
Thank you for not being like every other bank. You accepted my loan within minutes and the money was paid within 3 hours. And everything was done online without any hassles.

Worst wifi provider EVER!!!!!
Can't even describe the disappointment of their service. Have had no wifi for the last 3 days,submitted a query,still no wifi or call back. At least once a month they have to come and fix something that is broken. They damaged my tiles on my roof and still did not replace it. Wifi is constantly off. They are very easy to phone or to shut of the wifi when you are 1 day late with payment,but when you have issues they take days to respond.

They are very eager to phone and assist when you want to become a new client,but when you want assistance or cancel the policy they just don't respond

Bad after service
We have been contacting them via various mails and numbers. With NO reply whatsoever. It happened previously aswell. Always happy to help when you are a new client,but after a few years when you want to purchase parts for the apnea machine,NO RESPONSE.

Mc Donalds Standerton is the worst
Mc Donalds Standerton has the worst service. Never have I ordered something at the drive thru without asking to wait at the parking area. They mess up my order each time. Not once have I placed an order,paid and drove thru. They can just as well call it a "park and order"

Worst service
They send me an mail and sms stating that my account is in arrears and that my account will be suspended,and if I pay using the link they have send it will be activated immediately. "TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED Your account is unfortunately overdue and your services have been temporarily suspended. To reconnect your Internet please use this secure. Using the Secure Payment Gateway link will ensure IMMEDIATE ACTIVATION of your services.: But still NO INTERNET!!!!

Standerton Lancet is the worst
Standerton Lancet is pathetic!!!! My husband had to go test for Corona,first he went there early,then they chased him away like a dog and said he can only go at 10. When he got there,there was about 15 people infront of him, there is no chairs,everyone there has to stand,from young to old. They all feel sick and tired and being treated poorly by other shop owners in that conplex. 4 Hours later he was still 10th in the row. Does it really take 4 hours to test 5 people? They are rude and unprofessional

Terrible service
I have ordered from them on 14 November,which they clearly state delivery take 5-7 working days. After several attempts of communication,I still don't have my parcel and they do not respond to my mails. Their excuse was that they sent it to the wrong address,but I have ordered from them for the last 5 years if not more.
