Went to Crawdaddy’s Water Glen for light and relaxing supper. Waiter was clearly not professional, saw him only when he took our order and not again for the rest of the evening. We’re not able to order another round of drinks or dessert. Table next to us also complained about the same. Food was mediocre. Crawdaddy’s Water Glen has lost its wow factor. I had business lunch a week prior at the Brooklyn branch and it was excellent as usual.
Palesa Kgasibe service faultless - Cartrack service appalling - waited nearly 2 months for repair on faulty unit on one of my vehicles even after reporting it several times and escalated it as high as I could.
Made a booking for a team I have send to Durbanville for a project - booking was from 05 August to 31 August. I booked accommodation for 7 x adult males. Paid in full. When team arrived, there was only 2 bedrooms and not enough beds. I emphasised on several occasions that the team consist out of 7 x males. I had to arrange alternative accommodation for 3 x people late at night. I have not been reimbursed for the 3 x guys I had to relocate.
Received the best medical care after a hip replacement operation. All staff without exception were highly professional, continuously present and caring. Room was cleaned several times a day. Very impressed.
All 5 x MySleep branches closed down. All telephones off. Calculated closure. Company with no conscience - taking people's money till the last moment and then disappear over night. Visited the Pretoria branch (20/05/21) the day before a big operation to enquire about my Philips CPAP machine that was ordered in December 2020. Wanted to take the instrument to hospital as my old machine does not function properly after more than 5 years. Was taken into a consultation room and told that the problem lies with the USA government allowing firms to export to South Africa but that it will be addressed in a week's time (just the time for them to disappear). Lost count of the various excuses!
I have ordered a Philips CPap apnea machine from My Sleep in December 2020. The company has send an invoice to my medical aid which was paid by the fund but I did not receive my instrument. After numerous calls, e-mails and even visits to M Sleep, I still did not receive my instrument. I was supplied with numerous different excuses and promises to be updated on the progress of my order. Nothing! Worst service ever and they have been paid! Visited their offices today - all closed up. Automated voice answering message directing you to send an e-mail. I don't know if any of their other offices are operational. I expect the worse.
