Very bad experience, I ordered and paid for shoes on the 22nd June 2022 in preparation for my bush holiday way ahead of time and the website had a note that the shoes will take 5 to 10 working days, only to be told on email after I enquired about the delivery that it actually 10 to 20 days, they subsequently went and updated the website note for their convenience. So on Friday the 8th July 2022 the shoes were delivered. I fitted my shoes on Saturday the 9th and noticed that the shoe lace holes where misaligned on the left shoe, also noticed that the shoe that ordered on the website was not the shoe I received as there was a couple of differences. I immediately send a message to the lady that was dealing with my order via WhatsApp. She didn’t bother to respond despite the messages and pictures delivering successfully. I subsequently sent an email and got response on Tuesday the 12th from the lady asking when she can sent a courier to fetch the shoes and replace them. Since I was already on holiday from the 11th July I asked that she arranges for Friday the 15th July as I would be back but no one pitched. I called and my call wasn’t answered, same as my email.

I have ordered a pair of vellies and received my order within 5 days.!!!1 There is normally a waiting period of 10 to 20 working days, after contacting the owner why it takes so long he replied that they have been affected by the looting that happened in Durban. Their factory was damaged and they are doing their best to recover from this. 5 days later I got my shoes!! thank you my vellies!!

I ordered 2 pairs of vellies on the 10th May 2021. Correspondence with regards to my order has been limited, with excuses that there is a backlog at the factory of the specific type and size. If this is the case, then do not offer the shoes as a special on the web site and Facebook. This week all correspondence to my emails has been totally ignored.

i ordered shoes from this company on the 28th of Aug. the 31ste i phoned them and told them i have not recieved an invoice yet. they ensured me they recieved the payment and would send me one. on week later i phoned again with the same request. both times being i sured delivery would be on time. 2 days later i finally recieved the invoice. i phoned again stating i dont see a tracking number on the invoice. i was then told they couldnt provide one as the warehouse is behind. i asked if i would recieve my order in time and was told that he was on his way home and the warehouse mailed him he would check at home and let me know. the followi g day i had to reach out again. this time i was told hell talk to the warehouse later. again i reached out and was told 'maybe next week'. i asked if i could cancel my order as that did not work for me. i was told i could and sent them my banking detail. he said he would process it immediately. it been 5 days, i have to leave 3 or 4 messages before i get replied to.he told me the money has been paid over this morning, but i still see nothing. the person i corresponded with was Jano Olivier. i will not ever do business with them again, or even reccomend them. i asked from which bank they paid, they said fnb. i replied by saying it doesnt reflect in my account yet and was replied to with "gee tyd...". he just said to me that he paid in full and shouldve taken 15% handling fee, even though its not specified in their terms and conditions.
