For those waiting for your deposit refund, forget about it. Don't even bother taking them to the tribunal. They will not show up for the mediation or court date but the tribunal will rule in their favour. Wondering how? ... anyway, my advice, leave them in the hands of the righteous and just God and walk away

If I could this property management anything below 1 star I would, zero sense of urgency and absolutely no regard for their tenants, iv been renting at Falcon Mews in Dunnottar, the gate has been malfunctioning for weeks with no one attending to it, they randomly switch off your electricity without verifying if you paid your monthly rental payment, the geysers in these apartments has had issues for weeks. We are expected to find ways to have water whilst paying rent monthly, each time you raise a concern they refer you to a man named Steve who is useless to say the least, im over this place and their pathetic service, I can tell you for free, renting with Necron is the worst journey you can embark on, utter *******.

If your looking for a place to rent and peace of mind stay AWAY from Properties under NECRON, don't bother yourself with NECRON DON'T!!!!!. ZERO rating for the agent THABANG!!!!!!!!!!NO communication, emails replied later, you do follow ups they become Rude!!!!!! The list goes on....

This is the worst rental agency I have ever seen, this guys know how to do day light robbery. If you are looking for unprofessional, useless and ignorant stay in the building that is managed by this Necron. You will thank me later

If you are looking to rent a flat around Groblerpark/Witpoortjie area, stay away from linden lane complex managed by Necron property management or any property they manage. I canceled my lease, going on 2 months now and I am yet to receive my deposit back from them. I keep being taken from pillar to post. I have spoken to the supposed "complex manager" from necron Kayle Pretorious, and nothing has happened. Search them here on hello Peter and you will see how many people have complained.

Middle of February 2021 a contract was pushed in my hand at my door by Necron and was told to sign it and my rent will be R4500 a month and not R4840 and my rent will go up every year by 7% next year. Two months my rent was R4500 and all of a sudden R340 was deducted for the month of April and May and my rent was R4840 again. I did e-mail Chantel couple of times to explain why this was happening but she ignored all my e-mails. I took a photo of the contract before I gave it back the same day to the person working for Necron. My mother was also whiteness to this. The 4th of May I bought R700 electricity for my pre paid meter because to buy every week you get less units. On the 13th of May I was told at my door by the caretaker the pre paid meters will be removed and I must be reimbursed by RMS. I was not given a month notice and was told because of my complaint my rent will go up by 10% next year by Dayne. RMS told me it is not their problem and I must be reimbursed by the owners of Hemmingway Heights Vanderbijlpark. Still my two issues was not resolved and was charged R700 for electricity on my rent for June. I use R450 electricity a month, new pre paid meters still not installed. I was R200 short on my electricity and was handed a written warning at my door legal steps will follow should I not pay the outstanding R200. They also switch your electricity off as final step. Never had I such bad service from a estate agent as Necron.

When we moved in to one if their complexes the sale agent explained to me that we will need to but prepaid water and electricity which we did. The invoices also come and we paid them in full. This month my partner asked me, but Kim why are we paying a fixed amount for water when we actually buying prepaid water. I told him it's probably a mistake and I'll just follow up with the company. They then advised that I must go the municipality and tell them my meter was faulty so that they can refund all the purchases I made. I told Kayle (the rude arrogant individual that's supposed to help me, but not helpful at all) that the meter was not faulty because when we ran out of water and I'd go to pick and pay to top it up as soon as I entered the meter number the water would go open. The problem is not with the municipality but them charging us a fixed rate, so they should either refund us for the months we've paid out just credit our account (deduct from the rent On the next invoice). Kayle then asked me how does he know we both water. I told him that he can phone their caretaker, because prior to me moving in here I didn't even know about prepaid water and their caretaker help me buy showing me how to us the water meter box, how to check how much Litre of water is left before I need to top up. He even helped buy advising where I can actually go buy water ( the petrol station or pick and pay) Kayle then says that why would he take the caretakers word, so you telling me they don't even trust their own employees. On top of that after me comparing they sent someone on Saturday to remove the meter, so obviously they know I've been buying water, why would they sent someone to remove the meter then. Now they refusing to credit us for the months we paid them. I also told him I'll deduct it myself from the rent and then he went on to threatening me. LISTEN TO ME NICELY IF YOU LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DONY CARE ABOUT THEIR TENNANTS. I can show you guys photos of several other things that's wrong with the apartment that's just not getting addressed... I'm so frustrated with the service I'm receiving its like I'm dealing with criminals and then he gets mad when I say so. This is basically stealing from your clients so I don't get with the word criminal triggered him, because stealing is a CRIME
