Vodacom Failed to Close My Account and Handed Me Over to Attorneys Without Notice I am extremely disappointed with Vodacom’s handling of my account. I requested that my account be closed, however Vodacom failed to action this request. After that, I received no communication whatsoever — no calls, no emails, no final statement, and no warning that the account would be handed over for legal action. I only discovered that my account had been handed over to attorneys by checking my credit profile, which is unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that: • The appointed attorneys refuse to provide anything in writing to allow me to review and settle the account. • Vodacom does not provide a functional legal or collections contact email. • Every attempt to contact Vodacom results in automated responses with no human assistance. I am willing to resolve this matter, but Vodacom’s lack of communication, transparency, and accountability has made it unnecessarily stressful and damaging to my credit record. I am requesting: 1. Written confirmation of the outstanding amount 2. Proof of the handover 3. A proper resolution so this matter can be settled and corrected Vodacom’s customer service in this matter has been extremely poor, and I would caution other customers to keep written proof of every interaction.

I cannot state how utterly *********** this ******* of a company is, their offices are never available to attend to any tenants complaints, they literally send wrong statements with incorrect figures and tell you, you were undercharged, continue to harass you to pay extra money on rent. I cannot emphasize enough how ********* necron property management is, you are looking for a rental place, do not enter into a lease agreement with these people, absolute *******.
If I could this property management anything below 1 star I would, zero sense of urgency and absolutely no regard for their tenants, iv been renting at Falcon Mews in Dunnottar, the gate has been malfunctioning for weeks with no one attending to it, they randomly switch off your electricity without verifying if you paid your monthly rental payment, the geysers in these apartments has had issues for weeks. We are expected to find ways to have water whilst paying rent monthly, each time you raise a concern they refer you to a man named Steve who is useless to say the least, im over this place and their pathetic service, I can tell you for free, renting with Necron is the worst journey you can embark on, utter *******.
I took a router with them, the router was faulty, I took it to an MTN store, I haven't received feedback if its fixed or not, I then opted to cancel, I have been calling and writing emails with no assistance and they expect to get their monthly payments, their services are pathetic, I definitely regret this
