Tried to call the hotline for assistance, got answered by a very rude and dismissive person by the name of Corey/Coreen. Didn't even wait to hear what I was calling for, put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up. I am so disappointed because I used to work for the Life Healthcare Group, and interpersonal skills and care for clients were an integral part of our training.
Last night I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the middle of nowhere at night, whilst on my way to a funeral. I called my Insurance,Budget Insurance, for assistance. The treatment I received was bitterly disgusting, to say the least. The call center agent Dineo all bur told me that all he was going to do was send out a tow truck and how I got to my destination was none of his business I have a courtesy vehicle benefit on my cover and he told me that it is not his work but the claims department's work to get me a cat. I explained to him that it was at night, I was 170km away from my destination and 490km away from home and with such extenuating circumstances I could not be left there without any means of transport. He spoke to his Supervisor and they both agreed that it was still none of their business that I would stay there in the middle of nowhere. The tow truck guy arrived and while standing next to my window the same Agent dineo called him, he also tried to explain to the agent that he could not leave us in the middle of nowhere to which the call center agent rep**** "Just leave them at the nearest garage" not knowing that he was on loud speaker. As I write this it is 6am we have still not been assisted even with towing, the accident happened last night. The last thing he said to me was that he would call back to assist us with a safe place (which according to him is a filling station) and he still has not called. I am glad that I recorded all the conversations as I will be taking this much much further.
The service at Nedbank Keywest is worse than pathetic. First I had to wait at the door for more than 20 minutes to be helped. Then I was given a ticket to wait. FOR A MERE CARD COLLECTION! Trusted Nedbank to be more professional than this.
Last month I deposited money into my fnb account as I do monthly, to pay for a life cover that I had with them. After a few transactions I noticed that more money was going out than I was using. I called online banking and after we both went through my account, we noticed there was money missing that could not be accounted for. The Gentleman I spoke to, Bongani, then promised he would escalate the matter. Two weeks later and my funds were still missing. I then went on Twitter to vent my frustrations, whereby their Twitter account manager RB said he would take up the matter with 'High priority complaints' (what a joke) it has been three weeks and two unanswered emails later (emails that I sent to Hulisani Madzivhandila) and I am yet to see the money that fnb stole from my account. For peace of mind stay away from FNB they will ***** funds from your account without shame.
On the 2nd of September my car was stolen and immediately I learned I called tracker. I was then told that I would be kept informed via calls/SMS's about the progress of searching for my car. Needless to say that never happened. I had to be the one that keeps calling to beg for an update on the progress. I then called and asked to speak to the supervisor who was very dismissive on the initial call and then when he realized factual that my complaint was indeed factual, called back to say they will take further steps. Needless to say again I have not heard a word from that company since, I'm not even sure if they closed the case or what the outcome of the search of my car was till today. Tracker doesn't care about its clients nor their possessions. My advice is steer away from them if you looking to install a tracking device, I'm currently seeking legal advice to get my other car removed from a contract with them as they are useless!
So on the 2nd of September 2022 my car was stolen from inside my yard. And being a person that always reads reviews on hello peter, I prepared myself mentally for a lengthy, messy battle with the insurance company. My word, was I not pleasantly disappointed! From the Lady at budget insurance call center (pity I can't remember her name) that helped me on Saturday morning the 3rd when I was at Europcar to get a courtesy car, who went out of her way to ensure that I indeed get a car that morning, to Beverely Naicker who was my claims agent, who kept me informed from the day she got my claim to the day my claim was settled, I sing nothing but praises for the two of them and Budget insurance. From the horrific reviews that I have read, you guys are a cut above the rest.
If you are looking to rent a flat around Groblerpark/Witpoortjie area, stay away from linden lane complex managed by Necron property management or any property they manage. I canceled my lease, going on 2 months now and I am yet to receive my deposit back from them. I keep being taken from pillar to post. I have spoken to the supposed "complex manager" from necron Kayle Pretorious, and nothing has happened. Search them here on hello Peter and you will see how many people have complained.
Yesterday I was involved in an accident in discovery Roodepoort, and two slime ***** from First Help24 took advantage of my situation and towed my car to first Help Yard under false pretense. Warren was one of those guys. I am very disappointed in the company as a whole and would like to warn everyone to never allow First Help to tow your car under any circumstances.
I Have had thee worst experience with fnb legal and their lawyer assigned to me. I had a dispute with my landlord regarding water billing charges where, in May this year I had a meeting with the said Landlord regarding the water bill. In that meeting they told me I was not liable for the water bill and the charge for that month was removed the same day. Fast forward to today, the now want me to pay that bill and my "lawyer" from fnb is just sitting there saying that I should engage with the landlord after I furnished her with proof that I was told I'm not liable and the same landlords sent an email to her that the bill was a mistake! Now here I am frustrated seeking a new law firm after my wife has been paying such a useless entity. My advice to anyone thinking of joining FNB LEGAL do yourself a favor and DON'T you will be better off with legal wise or scorpion or even better maybe representing yourself.
Netflorist is the worst delivery service by far. Dont ever use their service for any special occasion because I can guarantee you WILL be disappointed. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at her workplace on 14/02/2019, because I was aware that it would be busy on that day I made sure that by the 12th my order was already in and paid for. Needless to say they never delivered and didn't even bother to call and make any arrangements. I tried to call them and have been on the phone for three last hour because they don't even pick their phone up!
