Betway just a ****
I was going to rate half a star, last week at least I played some slots and win a few bucks but the problem is when I withdrew the money via fnb e wallet. Since last week Friday I have not yet recieved a message for withdrawal. I have sent an email and Zanele rep****.. for further assistance she has stopped communication... can I get assistance in receiving the money I have won. Coz the service is poor. Even this morning I have sent a message doing a follow up no response, even called the helpline to no avail...

Disappointed!!!
My reason for giving a three rated star it's because of the food item I bought at Game Soshanguve Crossing. Firstly the stuff are excellent, good service 5 star for that. But however I am disappointed with the long life milk that was on special "Great Value brand" that milk spoilt before I even opened it. I thought mabye I did and forgot to put it back but that was not the case. I did put in the fridge after opening but the milk spoilt. What can I do? I'm really disappointed with the brand.... This was bought last friday

Good service
Before the year end, I would like to thank the staff from Ackermans Mabopane square.. it was early this year as I looking for school shoes, unfortunately they did not have the size I was looking for but they've checked before I could leave. They checked at the back I think twice even though I had said it was ok but their services exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much

Disappointed
My review is about two shops but same company. The reason I gave a 5 star is for the excellent service I received from Soviet in Wonderpark, the staff always friendly and smiling and ready to assist when you need help. I give them 25/10 for their services. However today I went to the store to change a pair of men shoes and get a new pair and my partner didn't want the sandals but rather sneakers as usual I was assisted at wonderpark but unfortunately there was no size then they checked on the system if other shops had the size and by luck it was available at Soviet Centurion Mall( there by the lake or river) so they called but the staff at Centurion said it is available then later changed that it's not. They called again to confirm the availability den they said it's not the guy who was assisting me as he was trying to get the name of the person who answered the phone the person hung up. We wanted to go there to get the shoes before we find that it's not available. They tried again and again but to no avail, I even left my numbers so that they could tell me if they got a hold of them in which they did and still the answer was the same. My partner decided to take a chance went to Centurion and he said when he got there the treatment was not nice the lady just said the shoes are not available but they were displayed as you enter and then after her answer was "aaah we too tired to look they are at the bottom" my partner was not impressed at all as he was complaining about the service he got from Soviet Centurion. I'm just disappointed because I thought the same service I gotSoviet Wonderpark will be the same at Centurion but I guess not Thank you again Soviet Wonderpark for your excellent service 🙏❤️❤️ As for Soviet Centurion they get -25/10 and zero star rating from me

Disappointed!!!!!
If your looking for a place to rent and peace of mind stay AWAY from Properties under NECRON, don't bother yourself with NECRON DON'T!!!!!. ZERO rating for the agent THABANG!!!!!!!!!!NO communication, emails replied later, you do follow ups they become Rude!!!!!! The list goes on....

False promises
It was April when i lodged a complain with clientele regarding their representatives at the malls who offers a food voucher. Since then they have said they will refund me back, it's been over 7 months now and nothing has been done. It seems as if they do not care at all. No refunds nothing at all. The only thing i was told is that they will refund me money within 7 days and will call the next day....

Liars and Fraudsters
Yey, Clientele frauf! fraud! fraud! I was approached by a sales agent for clientele told me that i would recieve a food voucher and i will receive a call from clientele. Till today no calls no voucher and money was debited in my account. I never authorised anyone to do so i want my R230, i am not working bathong. One can't even reverse the debit order what the hell!!!

Awaiting for the door
Last week Wednesday i went to buy a door at cashbuild Mabopane,i mist say the service was good,i liked how the guy from the floor i think hs name it's tshepo knew the products. He explained everything and hoe the system works he even went over and beyond explaining things i didn't ask but very helpful to future. My problem came when the door had to be delivered,i received a call same day I purchased and thought wow that os quick but to my surprise no delivery,second day i waited and third day also. But i must say when i went i liked the way they handled the matter,they took time to listen to what i had to say and explained everything and assured to me that they will deliver on that day. They took the door and it was delivered. I thank the stuff of Mabopane for the service and how you handled the matter. Thank you!!
