Stay away at all costs
Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. Not only did they sell me a vehicle that had been in a major accident, but they lied about it and tried to cover it up. The car has been nothing but trouble since I bought it and I have lost all trust in this dealership. This dealership needs to decide whether it is a car retailer or a group of thieves. Stay away at all costs.

Stay away at all costs
Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. Not only did they sell me a vehicle that had been in a major accident, but they lied about it and tried to cover it up. The car has been nothing but trouble since I bought it and I have lost all trust in this dealership. This dealership needs to decide whether it is a car retailer or a group of thieves. Stay away at all costs.

If fake had a face it would be Nellas. They are willing to sell you a car but they are not prepared to face the music when you need assistance. They hide things and are not honest. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. UNLESS YOU LIKE BEEN STUFFED AROUND

Selling accident damaged vehicles
They are very dishonest people and in cahoots with other car dealers. They force u to pay deposits. Sells accident damaged vehicles without disclosing the information and refuse to refund deposit. Edu and Laz Motors very dishonest. Reported them to Ombudsman.

Unhappy with the car that i had for 8months.
I bought a used 2012 Hndui Elantra gls at Nellas dealership in Prtorua rd, Kempton Park,that was last year August 2021, after signing the documents, I ask for spare key, service history book and maual book, they told me that they dont have,, now I having problems with the car.I called them they say I must take the car to Bosch since the car its still under warrant, now Bosch contacted their Motorite insurance to claim.Bosch diagnosed the car , they required R19 000 to fix the car, Motorite aproved R7 000 they say I must pay R12 000. , this unexpatable since the cat is under warranty.

Assaulted
They used a tasor on use chocked my husband 3times telling us we had no right to be in her private property, when we bought a car from them worse they had taken our car to their machanic. We took the car in on Friday and it was supposed to be a 1day job, they called on Saturday to tell us they picked up some faults on the car and had to order some parts so we should wait till Monday. Mind you we came all the way from the Freestate Kroonstad at our own expense and it was actually the second time now, today in the morning we called the lady just so we can let her know that my husband can't afford another day in Johannesburg and he doesn't have any more leave days at work, Adell than snapped and said shes just a lady she only sell cars she's not a machanic she don't know when they will fix the car and she hung up, we called again she dropped the call, we than drove to her office and she wouldn't let us her and her daughter Nadine came out we taught she wanted to make us understand what was going on but she was also shouting at us, she wanted us to listen to her and she was not willing to listen to us, she even swore at me and said **** you her mother came back out we taught she was calmer and willing to reason and only to find out that came with a tasor and wanted us out of her property when they had our car and called security on us, I took a vedio of all this and we opening a case of assault for these people. They sell cars for foreign nationals who do have licenses her daughter told us and yes we are reporting them to the ombudsman aswel we won't let this go

They sell accident damaged and dialed back cars at normal prices. In cahoots with other dealers from the surrounding area to provide whatever car you are looking for. They have them all cause they bring back written off cars and pass them off as almost new. My sister bought a car with a cracked engine block. The condition of the valves and pistons is damn near impossible for a car even with double the mileage. There is so much play with the pulleys by the cam belt it’s a miracle the car even lasted the 2 months that it did

Nella Pre-owned - They sold an Engine faulty car
I bought a Ford Fiesta 2016 Ecoboost (Auto) 9 nine months into driving the car and finally taking it for a service the dealer found out that the engine is basically dead. Some plates in the engine have not been working, instead of the car working on 3 cylinders and only 2 are working. I called the dealership so that they can explain to me because clearly they sold a faulty car, I spoke to two white ladies and I cannot remember their names, what the owner (lady) basically said was " it is a used car so what did you expect ? go and claim with your warranty I have no received any form of help from them and they refuse to admit that they sold a faulty car, I bought the car in November 2019 and July 2020 the engine died ? how ?? The worst and rude people ever
