Having some experience in logistics myself, I am truly shocked that such cynical and spectacularly *********** levels of service are now just everyday business. They have made no attempt to deliver my parcel for THREE days in a row now and provided no courtesy feedback whatsoever. The WhatsApp platform, as well as the website chat box are just ticking-off exercises and in no way meant to assist customers. Even if you get past the bots by explicitly asking to speak to a human, the said human will just ignore whatever you have said up to that point and copy-paste the status from Track n Trace before IMMEDIATELY ending the conversation. No other contact details are published on the website. You can't even request to collect from the depot or instruct them to Return-To-Sender. If you look hard enough, you might get some cell phone numbers of people who will turn out to conveniently not be the ones responsible for your route on that day, but they will regurgitate that "it will be delivered Today". Basically, the ethos from the top - down is that they will deliver your stuff when they feel like and there is nothing you can do about it.
I have been extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. Despite my account being fully up to date (according to my monthly statement and the payment history available on their app), I have been repeatedly charged R3.45 per collection message five times from March 11 to April 1, even though my March installment was not overdue. Additionally, I was charged for a collection letter that I still have not received three weeks later, despite my address not being in an outlying area. This issue was raised in an email to the collections team on March 22, but despite the clear evidence that my account was current, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution. Instead, I am being harassed with unnecessary collection messages and unjustifiable fees, which I find not only frustrating but also unprofessional. I expect an immediate refund for the unfair charges and for the collection messages to stop. If this issue remains unresolved, I will be forced to escalate it further. I highly advise against using their services due to their poor communication, lack of transparency, and continued errors in managing accounts.
I regret ever getting their month to month 5G deal. From the very beginning, the router was misdirected to Durban and then when it finally arrived, it was incorrectly configured for Durban and then for Cosmo City before finally being configured to the address I had provided in the application. Then, I was double debited because "RewardsCo" didn't allocate my deposit, as if that should have anything to do withme. My email address was also captured incorrectly and despite numerous phone calls and emails, it was never corrected, even tho I made it clear to them that I needed my statement/invoices urgently to claim back from my employer. They just don't care. I eventually returned the router in April and got a reference number and everything; however 6 months later, I am still getting harassment SMSs to make payment and the account is being reported as still open to the credit bureau. Any and all communication to their customer services email is presumably being completed ignored. Whatever happened to customer service and bare minimums?
Cell C is a small company in financial trouble using Failed Debit Order Penalty Fees to collect revenue. Change Your debit order date, they'll still use the old date despite telling you the date is changed. Make a payment arrangement, they'll still try and debit your account. If an account is closed, the error message returned will confirm such, but Cell C are not bothered. They will attempt to collect from same closed account perpetually to generate as much R70 charges as possible. They will never ever respond to a single email no matter how many you send. Once in a while, they might call you after hours from an 087... number (probably hoping you do not respond, so they do not have to do anything) even then that call will only be for you to repeat the obvious and for them to tell you that they will escalate the matter. I have managed to pay off my 24-month obligations. I am now left with a balance of R140 worth of charges they refuse to take responsibility for and that I have no doubt they will make every effort to make it R210 next month and R280 the month after that. A game which they will play by themselves from here on in.
<div>First of all, "only pay what you can afford" is a lie. They never even went into second gear with my negotiations. They are only active in the first month when it comes to taking shy of R20K your money and adding insurances that you already have. I followed up with them for months regarding the negotiations and the response was always that they are still busy with them and the chief negotiator will call me back. Eventually, the bank terminated my debt review and my installment went back to normal, all but wiping out the claimed saving shown on my Dashboard. Their response to this was "they are still busy and the chief negotiator will call me back". I have now personally made a payment arrange with the bank who were on the verge of handing me over, despite the aftercare fees that I am paying Debtbusters. We are now playing a game where they ignore my emails requesting them to cancel the debit order.</div>
Zero rating is appropriate because their customer service is non-existent. I cancelled my contract in the 24th month of my contract via their online portal which I was told is the only way you can cancel. They did not action it and quietly kept on charging me failing to deliver my statement to my email for the first time in 24 months. Now I discover my sim which I thought is lost inside the house has started using up data and my so called spend limit by itself. I try to call their call center to block the sim and the agent only said hello and then the call went silent. I tried calling again and the robot tells me to use the whatsapp self service portal and the details to do this have been sent by SMS to the very same number that I am trying to block. I call again without providing the number my call is related to and the call goes unanswered by a human for over 15 minutes uand counting... I then try to use their website and surprise surprise clicking on manage my subscriptions returns a 404 page not found error
They sell accident damaged and dialed back cars at normal prices. In cahoots with other dealers from the surrounding area to provide whatever car you are looking for. They have them all cause they bring back written off cars and pass them off as almost new. My sister bought a car with a cracked engine block. The condition of the valves and pistons is damn near impossible for a car even with double the mileage. There is so much play with the pulleys by the cam belt it’s a miracle the car even lasted the 2 months that it did
I traded in a Golf 1.6 for a Golf GTI. They evaluated my car and deducted R50K for faulty electronics. The car they sold me clearly was not subjected to the same evaluation. Only a few days after taking ownership, the check engine light came on. The engine was leaking oil and the intake and turbo were faulty. After a lot of lobbying they told me to bring the car to their workshop. No lift was offered when dropping off the car. I followed up with them at the end of the week and they assured me that the car was fixed. Their workshop manager, Sias, was very dismissive and uninterested while the salesman, Mduduzi, distanced himself from the whole situation. The car behaved for several months and then the check engine light came right back. I took the car to Bosch and it turned out the turbo was in very bad condition and leaking oil as well. During the trade-in process they also did not settle my old car with the bank for weeks until the settlement letter lapsed and the bank deducted my installment as usual. They tried to bluff me when I went to their offices to enquire and it wasn’t until I escalated the matter with their legal department that a refund was actioned
I got my goods, 45 days later. The delays were mainly due to Aramex. My main beef is nowhere before checkout is it stated that the goods will be coming from overseas. The first time it is brought to your attention is after your credit card is charged. Logging a query is also quite difficult. The query form does not load on Chrome and it loads but does not submit on Edge. I eventually won with Safari on my phone
Found 2 golden oldie games that I've been searching for elsewhere for some time now. Both on sale :-) Great communication/updates after placing my order and I received it within a week
