Exceptional Experience at Next Chapter Morningside
Next Chapter Morningside truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were absolutely out of this world. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavour. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and you can really tell that quality is a top priority here. Their pricing is very reasonable for the level of food, service, and overall experience they offer — excellent value for money. What made our visit even more special was that we were celebrating my mum’s birthday. The team went above and beyond to make her feel truly celebrated and appreciated. She felt so special, and that personal touch meant everything to us. A very special thank you to the restaurant manager, Nathi, for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. His warm and professional approach truly elevated our experience. Thank you to the entire Next Chapter Morningside team for creating such a memorable and heartfelt experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and unforgettable hospitality.

Exceptional Experience at Next Chapter Morningside
Next Chapter Morningside truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were absolutely out of this world. Thank you to my 'Next chapter'
I was wowed by this restaurant,it was my first food chapter and it will always be my next chapter. My cousin sister and her husband came from East London for the husband's graduation on 30 October 2024. I had planned secretly for the eatery of their choice when that item comes. Their choice would be any one of the usual takeaways then I asked okay you drive all the way from East London passing all these eateries in our small towns and then still want to dine in same?we all laughed😄..i called my son asking which one we be okay to sit at a table in Florida Road, this time my relatives deserved a good one. Okay we had to search for this one.The waitress was a Sotho lady first her friendly welcoming greeting was "Naze nabahle' means so pretty then informed her what the occasion was.I was so taken by her friendliness in that even before we could place our orders we were taking photos then helped us. The service, the layout of food in our plates and the taste was the name of the game(you know when you look at your plate and be jealous to disturb it)not forgetting to thank the scenes behind,those that ploughed and harvested what I had from their elegant plate or dish, those that prepared the food,those that set the table for us .I could overhear someone at a table adjacent to us very pleased about the food so were we too esp my cousin trying to analyse the succulent lamb dish she ordered food was at its best,the outlook,the safe sitting,the view even though there was bo beach view. We may have gone there lunch time cause it was busy.I will go back for their pasta dish. The manageress also waived goodbye with a smile on our way out

Trash customer service!!! Don’t go there !
Very bad experience from this Restuarant , after spending R4217.40 on the bill , this Restuarant kept us hostage for 3+ hours because of their own faulty card machine . The payment went off on our side but on their side the payment was unsuccessful… it’s been hours we still sitting at the Restuarant , after 3 hours . They are failing to resolve the issue with their bank and our bank has confirmed that the amount went off . My friend even drove off and they made the police follow her , harras her , take her car and bring her back to the restaurant . 3 hours later the issue was not resolved !!! Very very bad service & management, the management have no idea what they are doing besides speaking badly about us to their fellow colleagues in the toilets , one manager Nomvula told her colleagues that since we have degrees we should pay the amount again !!! Never ever setting foot at this restaurant!

Thee worst restaurant I've been to. If your payment doesn't reflect they call the police on you on their end when you're using fnb and they are using nedbank . Mind you the staff speaks ill of the customers while we are in toilets. The customer service is rubbish. And I on a professional level work with customers everyday. We tried to call the Manager but acted like oblivious to the situation.
