Very bad experience from this Restuarant , after spending R4217.40 on the bill , this Restuarant kept us hostage for 3+ hours because of their own faulty card machine . The payment went off on our side but on their side the payment was unsuccessful… it’s been hours we still sitting at the Restuarant , after 3 hours . They are failing to resolve the issue with their bank and our bank has confirmed that the amount went off . My friend even drove off and they made the police follow her , harras her , take her car and bring her back to the restaurant . 3 hours later the issue was not resolved !!! Very very bad service & management, the management have no idea what they are doing besides speaking badly about us to their fellow colleagues in the toilets , one manager Nomvula told her colleagues that since we have degrees we should pay the amount again !!! Never ever setting foot at this restaurant!
Its been a month now since we have had our yard sewerage pipes bust open with toilet papers & faeces coming out into the yard , made my first report to this department on the 24/11/2020, they sent out a team to come look at the problem but the guys came and didn't fix the issue , one of their workers used out toilet but as soon as they were done looking they just left without even letting us know why they hadn't done anything. It is now the 22/12/2020 ( a month later ) and I have been calling them almost EVERY DAY , they keep saying the case has been escalated / sent to their supervisor but nothing has been done . Very disappointed in their service delivery , even when you call the call center agents , they have low energy and aren't willing to assist. Such a disgrace of a department , Christmas is coming and our yard is flooded in filth - I have small dogs who drink this filthy water who now face the risks of contracting diseases and illnesses from people who cant simply do the job we pay them to do !!! Selling on PhoneTradr was a very easy and quick process . I listed my phone on Thursday the 16th of July 2020 - on Friday the 17th I had already received an offer for my device. Monday the 20th , I received a call from them where they arranged collection for the device for that day - As soon as device was collected I recived an SMS alerting that the guys had collected the device and it was on its way to JHB from Durban - Wednesday the 22nd I recived a mail stating that they had received my device . I called in on Friday the 24th after not receiving my payment for the phone withing 48hours , and spoke to Lindelwa who really fast tracked the process and got the guys to make an immediate payment - I think i waited 10-15minutes after speaking to Lindelwa and payment was made immdiately which i was very pleased with. Thank you Lindelwa for your amazing customer service , YOU ARE A STAR ! I have already recommended Phonetradr to friends and family after the service i received and especially for getting my phone sold with no issues and at a cost I was really happy with & being paid within that same week of having had sent the device - You guys have something good going on there , keep it up :)
On the 31st of January 2020 I received a call from a Vodacom rep while I was driving, as the guy introduced himself over the phone I told him to call me back in 20minutes,(which he didn't do) ... A few days later I saw a message via SMS telling me I have been upgraded to a uChoose Flexi 65 Plan & giving me my new upgrade date being March 2022 - I have been trying to get ahold of Vodacom since 3/4 January 2020 to cancel this upgrade as it was done without my consent !!! I knew I was up for upgrade but I didn't request to upgrade as yet but Vodacom upgraded me without my consent !!! When I spoke to a Vodacom consultant requesting a cancellation , I was told I will pay a cancellation fee of R1000 something .. How am I liable to pay a cancellation fee of an upgrade I didn't consent to? Vodacom needs to pull out the recordings of the call the day my upgrade was sent through and fix this problem, I'm tired of calling in and not being assisted! How on earth can it be legal for someone to upgrade a contract without my consent??? If this matter is not resolved ASAP, I will definitely seek legal advice!
Firstly we waited extremely LONG for the order to be cooked. The prices were very overpriced for the quality of food served . Chips were nearly raw and a proper chips spice wasn’t used ( it tasted like curry powder). The shwama we ordered wasn’t worth the price . The curry inside the shwama wasnt cooked well, the chicken inside had no seasoning . VERY VERY BAD FOOD FOR THE AMOUNT WE PAID !!!!!! Improve drastically !!!
