Disgusting behavior from a consultant named KHETHIWE!!! I received a call from a Tele recruiter named Khethiwe from a this +27665413781 rudely telling me and raising her voice at me about a missed payment which I did today. This is thee most rudest way I've been addressed and I find it utterly disrespectful that Truworths can have such staff working for them and addressing their clients in this outrageous manner.
Thee worst restaurant I've been to. If your payment doesn't reflect they call the police on you on their end when you're using fnb and they are using nedbank . Mind you the staff speaks ill of the customers while we are in toilets. The customer service is rubbish. And I on a professional level work with customers everyday. We tried to call the Manager but acted like oblivious to the situation.
I would like to lay a formal complaint against payroll/HR. As a former employee who unfortunately lost her job in April. I have had to apply for UIF. With the documentation given to me by the company, I then went to stand in the gruesome UIF lines, only to find out the company had not registered me on UFILING, mind you this being the only big company that had not registered me while the rest of the others did. I then proceeded to contact Wildrie Schoemen, the payroll administrator via email about almost 2 weeks ago, requesting that I get registered, with the response received that as SANBS they as a company are not registered on UFILING and will let me know when they are done. Its been 2 weeks, I've sent a follow-up email to Wildrie, I am pregnant, unable to work at this moment and have been ignored by the company making it quite difficult for me to rightfully apply for what is mine and have worked hard for.
I would like to extend my greatest and utter disappointment with Discovery Health. Who has decided to hand me over to ITC after letting them know ample times that I had lost my job due to the pandemic. It's quite baffling that such a high ebd company like this would do that to a once loyal company but treat them as any such a thing when at a job loss. Especially when there was denial on my end of paying them. But sharingy griviences that at this particular moment and financial instability I am unable to make payment.
The worst customer service from the Manager or stand in Manger Veshan. Treating me as though as though I came to beg for furniture instead of buying. The worst was when I was told their online store is different from the factory store. Then grabbing the phone from my hand as If I wasn't even a customer.
The worst service ever for them to come and fix a fridge we bought a month and a half ago. Our food is going off. And their technician keeps lying and saying he is on His way. The fridge was not working on the top part. We lodged a complaint with Game Gateway last week. It's been a week and we keep losing food because when their Technician came and checked it on the back the bottom part also stopped working. I've emailed and tried to call them no one has attended to me. The receptionist keeps trying to refer my call but it gets cut off.
