I swear this store has the best staff…I have not seen people do their job with passion in forever.They serve their clients whole heartedly as if a million dollars was await them.They know how to increase sales and also give clients full attention. My experience was worth it

I purchased a pair of running shoes about a year ago. Due to heart complications, I refrained from running for a few months to aid my recovery. I started using the shoes just a month ago, and despite having only 80 to 100 km on them, they are already falling apart. When I approached the shop assistant, they acknowledged the product's defectiveness but were unwilling to assist in sending them for evaluation, citing the expiration of their standard 3/6 month return period. I want to clarify that this is not a criticism of Nike, as I have always put a considerable amount of mileage on their shoes without issues. Rather, it highlights the absolute unwillingness to attempt to send the shoes back for evaluation in this particular case.

I bought a pair of Nike at your shop for my grandson and within a week the whole sole of the Nike tekkie came off. I did nit have the reciept anymore so no exchage was offered. Nike poor quality on your side😡

I purchased a few pairs of sneakers not long ago when I got home I discovered that one of the pairs was 2 left so I call the store spoke to a person Thomas he didn't even make an effort because when I told him that I have 2 left foots he straight said that we out of stock ob that tekkie then I ask him to double check because I'm sure when we fitted there was a pair left and right he only then asked me for a model number and when I gave whats on the receipt of THEres he said that it not the style number after 20 mins of hessels I eventually got to speak to the superior as he said Named Sarah which I think was worst then the worker Thomas... No help what so ever only says we must get to the bottom of this like she was schooled to only say that. because when I asked her a simple question like can u check on the system if that style was bought from someone that same day so we can see if the right side is still in store she said that the system can't check that...I ask if Nike is so big store but don't even have a proper system that can check what was sold... c'mon I said all she said u wana fight and being a manager or supervisor.... DROPPED the call PERThatic for a store called NIKE

I bought Nike triple jump spikes for my daughter at Nike factory Atterbury, we bought Nike due to the fact the she's having her second pair of running spikes and also few pairs of tekkie's with no problem with Nike's products. But we had a problem with the triple jump spike where it started to come loose where the spikes it self turns in. We then took it back to the shop mentioned above on the 25 February 2023, they had no stock and the daughter had to participate in an event on the 27 February 2023 which the manager then said we can keep it as we put tape around it for us still to use and return it on the 03 March 2023. We went back on 03 March 2023 as that was the time given by the manager to bring it back or we will get no refund. Arriving at the store they still had no stock and due to the fact that my daughter went to the next round she had to participate again the next day 04 March 2023, this time there were a deferent manager which were a lady and she said that its the last day and they can't refund me after this but she will let me use the spikes ( still damaged ) again but then I will have to chose something from the shop for the amount they own me, then I ask the question if I can keep the credit until they get stock and her reply was NO. Why not as it is not my fault that Nike Factory don't have stock and I am not a person that judge a brand by the first incident ( complain ) as Nike did proof to me that its good quality. The lady said I must order online I then said to her these days its not safe to order online and I am not willing to do that. I am not sure if I now need to try a deferent brand as the service from this shop and the way they handled my return and complain because I need new spike but the factory don't have and now they putting me under pressure and I might loose my refund, even after I did reported it on time but unfortunately they never had stock. Why must I loose if they don't have stock they need to keep my credit till they get stock I did return my product with in the factory warranty time therefore why must I now been send up and down and get threatened that I won't be able to return or get a refund after this coming Friday 10 March 2023 and that I'm not allowed to keep it till they get stock again.
