I got a Samsung contract at Vodacom and the contract included a Samsung smart watch. That was in Nov 2024. The deliver was 7-10 working days. I still have no watch. I was at Vodacom store I complain no response.
Still no feedback since my last complain about no watch with contract. Delivery should have been 7-14 days. Vodacom promise to phone did not happen. I was at the store on the 17 th Dec. Sales persone could not help because the persone working with his was nit in😡😡
Renew my cellphone contract on the 24/11/2024. The contract included 2 Samsung Galaxy smart watches. In store I was tole 10 to 15 working days for delivery. It has been more than 20 days and no reply on my text or e-mails sent.
After countless e-mails to Discovery for assistance and 2 complaints on Hello peter still no action from Discovery. This is really pathetic.
Discovery does not answer any r- mails. Difficult to get in touch with the right person for assistance. Still waiting fir tax certificate of 2017!!! 3 months now
I had a request for my tax certificate for 2016 AND 2017. For more than 6 weeks no respons. After I complain I eventually got 2016 certificate but not 2017. I was promised over the telephone that it will be attended to but was not. This is bad service delivery and idle promises made
I have been struggling for 6 weeks for discovery to sent me tax certificate of 2016 and 2017. I have e-mail them 3 times and all I get is a reference number to say they have received my query.
I was promise a monthly re payment settlement over 6 m but they took the premium at one go. They are nit true to there word. One consultant promise re payment over 6m even sent a message to confirm the telephonic conversation but another consultant said it should not have been done. So I said do not promise that you cannot deliver and up-skill your consultants not to make promises to customers that you not going to keep.
I cancelled my contract and I was told I had to pay one month penalty fee. I delivered the car back and then was told I had to pay another month penalty fee!!! After a lot of deliberation I eventually decided to pay and Planet42 offer me a payment plan. The word they offer me. Then Planet42 called to informed me that they cannot do a payment plan and is going to take the full amount. Planen42 is not clear or transparent and blame it all on the customer. !!!
I bought a pair of Nike at your shop for my grandson and within a week the whole sole of the Nike tekkie came off. I did nit have the reciept anymore so no exchage was offered. Nike poor quality on your side😡
