We visited palet Jack Cornubia on mothers day frm 10:45 -15:07 , i called 12/05 and 13/05 for reservation , i was told that they dont do reservations , 13/05 we sat at a table after waiting 10mins to be seated , we was forced to moved tables by a drunk waitron who stated the table was reserved , ironically the table was empty the whole time that we were dining, my family sat at separate tables far from each other , we asked for the manager 4 times , evetually the manager said she would arrange 2 tables set up which never happened , we setup our own tables, when ordering we was told breakfast is finished at 10:30, however the lunch menu they had no stock of livers so we ordered pizzas that came after 30mins and lambchops which never came, after 45mins another manager to tell us that they didnt have stock of lamb chops , at this point i was furious and disappoint because my mum had to eat crumb mushrooms for mums day since this restaurant was not prepared for such a huge crowd, also i noticed that breakfast was still being served to some customers, when our billed came to my amazement we was still charged for the lamb chops even though it didnt come.

Today my friend and I took our kids to your establishment. It was my first time there. I am rather disappointed and just wanted to bring it to your attention. - Waitress took FOREVER every single time we ordered or requested something. - She messed coffee on my friends shoes. - Our fried chips, not very fried and mostly half raw (large chips). - Specifically requested a kiddies toasted Cheese (only). Waitress said it was possible - but we got a ham and cheese instead. My daughter ended up not eating. - Both the toasted sandwiches that came were cold. Other daughter also didn't eat hers because of this reason as the mayo and chicken had gone all soggy (as if it has been waiting for a while). - We has to ask our waitress and a manager for our bill, still waited long. - We had to take our plate to the front desk/counter ourselves and ask for a doggy bag. As we requested one after paying and it never came. I'm really not one to complain about service as I worked in the industry and understand everything. But still has me baffled at almost 23:00.

On the 7 10 17 took my family to pallet Jack's in Hillcrest for my sons birthday we order grilled chicken which an hour to get to the table when received it we noticed it was not cook and ****** in fear of gastric poisoning we asked for it to be recooked it was taken back to be cooked then we waited another 30 min and again it was not cooked we spoke to manager zodwa whom said she will take it of the bill as we wanted to leave when we received the bill it was discounted by 25 Rands and zodwa said that the kitchen manager said that we had already eaten some of the chicken there fore had to pay for what we ate. When I reported this on the pallet Jack's messenger I was told to find Dan.... I don't find the need to go look for someone to help me when I had already spoken to a manager. So we paid our bill and left unhappy, dissatisfied and hungry. I then posted on the customer review two reviews were deleted.

He of corse had a great time because he was unaware of what was going on due to the kids play area. We had ordered our drink and his food and sat at our table which was dirty, an next to us a kid was vomiting and no one cleared it away after. So we just moved tables to a table outside. After sitting there for about 5 minutes, the pizza that my son ordered was invaded by ants. We tried calling the waiter to sort it out for a while and eventually had to shout him towards us. He did not even offer a new pizza just a new plate. We then moved to a table inside and then got kids throwing ***** at us. So we again moved. The table we moved to was also dirty and sticky and no one cleaned it. It was also clear that there was no management on duty as during this entire time none had checked on us. We were there for about an hour and the waiter had brought me my meal and then decided to notify my boyfriend that they had run out of large pizza bases. We asked for a doggy bag for my meal so we could leave and instead of bringing it to me they took my meal to the kitchen which was definitely not acceptable because I had just complained and my meal could have been contaminated as this does happen. I paid for my son's meal even though he hadn't eaten half of it and our drinks and we left. It was the worst experience at any restaurant I have ever been too and I will most definitely never go back or recommend that anyone go there either. It also surprised me that no apology was conveyed to us for the bad experience as well. I do hope that they would in future take hygiene into higher regard and also train the staff on customer service. I also do hope that the management or owner gives me a call to redeem him or herself because if not I will be spreading the word about this horrible experience.</span></p>

On Tuesday, 9 February 2016, we visited this innovative and kid friendly restaurant in Hillcrest, Durban. We were astounded by the wonderful design and excellent service and great, vibrant attitude from Mandy, the General Manager. She epitomises the perfect manager. The food, service and ambience was remarkable. We look forward to hosting our sons birthday party there in April. Hats off to Pallet Jacks in Hillcrest.

On Tuesday, 9 February 2016, we visited this innovative and kid friendly restaurant in Hillcrest, Durban. We were astounded by the wonderful design and excellent service and great, vibrant attitude from Mandy, the General Manager. She epitomises the perfect manager. The food, service and ambience was remarkable. We look forward to hosting our sons birthday party there in April. Hats off to Pallet Jacks in Hillcrest.
