I bought a Hisense Washing machine from Game Store not to long ago. The machine is already faulty and after arranging twice with me to be home for repairs, Hisense have not kept the appointment and is ignoring my calls and emails. Game is also ignoring me and blatantly refusing to show any after sales service. They got the money and not they dont care about the rest. Absolute disgrace. I have a household and family to run and they do not care about my machine not working. Spent R7500 on something that is brand new and has been standing here for a month without being able to use it.

Good day, I would just like to say that I've been very disappointed in your milk. Over the years I have had many sour milk from you but lately it seems to be every time I buy it. Three bottles this week have turned sour before due date. I buy it, drive home (two min away from the shop) and they go straight into my fridge. This morning again when I poured it into my milk, it rose up to the top little little flakes and when u poured it into a container, it was thick and off. This was dated the 6th which is tomorrow and I had to stop using the other bottle (I bought on the same day), two days ago as it was off. I have photos of this if required. When shopping today I decided it's better to buy milk for R10 more than having sour bottles and unable to use the milk. Very sad and unnecessary
I would just like to share my frustration since opening an FNB account. A few weeks back, while I was still waiting for my card to be delivered, I went into an FNB branch to get a temp card as I needed access to my funds. I was able to use it immediately. The following day, as tried paying in PnP, my card was declined due to wrong pin. I tried again and it again said wrong pin. this was very embarrassing as the pin was really easy and it was correct. I also didnt have enough money on me, forcing me to leave the lunch I was trying to buy for my kids. I went across the road to the FNB branch and tried to draw money, but it declined. Went inside and waited for about 15 minutes before getting told, FNB is offline. i then drove all the way home, to get the piece if paper I received with the card which had the pin on, to confirm that it was right - and it was. During the rest of the afternoon, i stopped again to see if I could use my car. My baby literally had one bottle of formula left and I needed to buy more. Between 6-7pm, I went again as I knew the shops would close soon. The ATM then told me I had incorrectly entered my pin too many times during the day, that the card is now blocked. This wasn't due to me putting the wrong pin in, but due to FNB being offline. The following day, I headed to FNB to sort this out, FNB offline again. had to drive to another FNB to get help. My husband had suggested I open an FNB account as I work for him and it would make paying me easier. During the process of a personal banker contacting me, my husband completed a form to confirm my address. As I do not have any proof. On the 24th of May, I got an sms to tell me my account has been stopped as proof of address was never received. This was the day before pay day. We emailed my 'personal banker', but he is out of the office till the 30th. Again, this is the day before payday this happens. It is very frustrating as I have three kids and cannot have my card decline due to a fault that wasn't mine and leaving me in such a position. Now my account is still stopped and I still cant use it. Please can someone assist.
Today my friend and I took our kids to your establishment. It was my first time there. I am rather disappointed and just wanted to bring it to your attention. - Waitress took FOREVER every single time we ordered or requested something. - She messed coffee on my friends shoes. - Our fried chips, not very fried and mostly half raw (large chips). - Specifically requested a kiddies toasted Cheese (only). Waitress said it was possible - but we got a ham and cheese instead. My daughter ended up not eating. - Both the toasted sandwiches that came were cold. Other daughter also didn't eat hers because of this reason as the mayo and chicken had gone all soggy (as if it has been waiting for a while). - We has to ask our waitress and a manager for our bill, still waited long. - We had to take our plate to the front desk/counter ourselves and ask for a doggy bag. As we requested one after paying and it never came. I'm really not one to complain about service as I worked in the industry and understand everything. But still has me baffled at almost 23:00.
