Excellent Service PBS
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Aqeelah @ Peninsula Bed Sales (Marconi Beam Branch) for their outstanding service and the prompt delivery of the bed base I recently ordered. From the ordering process to the final delivery, every aspect was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Blown away by the experience !!
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at PBS Beds in Cape Town, and I am absolutely blown away by the experience! From start to finish, the service was nothing short of amazing. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help me find the perfect mattress for my needs. They took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through their extensive selection without any pressure. What truly impressed me, though, was the unbeatable value for money. I purchased a mattress that is not only more comfortable than my previous one, but it also cost half the price of the mattress I bought three years ago at another store. The quality of the product is exceptional—durable, supportive, and so comfortable that I’m now enjoying the best sleep I’ve had in years. I honestly couldn’t recommend PBS Beds more highly. The combination of outstanding customer service, competitive pricing, and top-notch products is a rare find. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and check them out. You won’t regret it!

Best mattresses in Cape Town!
Best mattresses in Cape Town! Really good value for money mattresses. Bought mine recently and couldn't be happier. They have a great range of options, you get the high quality but without the high price tag! A lot of mattress suppliers get you with the fancy terminology and branding. You get almost identical mattresses here as the "elite" brands at the best possible price. The service is impeccable, super honest and fair. Highly recommend you try them for your next mattress purchase.

Wonderful service! Equipped our guest house with their mattresses and have received happy feedback from guests regarding the comfort of the mattresses :) After sales is excellent, they helped me out when I needed it most. Great job! Keep up the excellent work

Very bad after sales service
I bought a 3/4 bed last year Aug, and I have been complaining since the beginning about this bed making a noise, being very uncomfortable and the springs hurting my mom. I bought it from Chris who kept making empty promises, saying that they are not unreasonable and someone will get back to me. To this day no one has contacted me. It has been 9 months. Warranty was never explained to me on sale of the bed, and later Chris just said I bought a bed without Warranty. I have kept asking and following up and i am just being ignored. Messages are being received and read and not being answered. This is pathetic service. I have even asked to pay in more to get a better bed. No luck, no answer. Chris refused to give me the details of the factory. I had to do my own investigations to get the details of the factory. Tanya 0721942034

Great Quality and Service
Bought a boxtop king size bed set from Peninsula Bed Sales about 10 months ago and it basically changed my life. Such great quality and the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service received from the team there. I will definitely be returning in the next few months to get 2 single beds for my kids.

Great Quality and Service
