Best mattresses in Cape Town! Really good value for money mattresses. Bought mine recently and couldn't be happier. They have a great range of options, you get the high quality but without the high price tag! A lot of mattress suppliers get you with the fancy terminology and branding. You get almost identical mattresses here as the "elite" brands at the best possible price. The service is impeccable, super honest and fair. Highly recommend you try them for your next mattress purchase.
Friday morning just after 9am I started my laptop and began checking email like I would usually do...

Whilst browsing through emails, I saw one from Takealot of which the title read ' Deals You Won't Believe!'.
Honestly, now they had my attention. The very FIRST product was a samsung USB stick priced at R189.
Being interested in the product, I clicked on it and was shortly taken to the landing page.

To my surprise, the item was now around 25% more expensive on their site !!!

I have sent them multiple emails and only received a direct answer today which, as you can guess, got me nowhere but rather gave me excuses for this unethical way of operating.

Dishonest ... UNIMPRESSED with Takelot.
FNB are giving us the run around ... FOR MONTHS!!!

We have a significant amount of money and transactions going though our business accounts that we would like to transfer to FNB.

After having to go personally to the bank and waste about 2 hours with the relevant documents to open our account, a week later they said that their representative did not scan the documents efficiently and they were too blurry for use.

We were then asked to get the documents AGAIN but this time a courier will be collecting, none the less, new documents were needed and the relevant documents certified. (waste of my time to give FNB business)

After repeatedly calling the call center, emails and a handful of false promises the account is now open.
BUT it is unable to be used since my colleagues do not have access, which is POINTLESS.
I specifically asked FNB to have this sorted for us, so many times that I have lost count.

FNB promotes how easy it is to switch banks, they have really proved to me that this is FAR from the case.

HOW MUCH LONGER UNTIL WE ARE ABLE TO TRANSFER LARGE SUMS OF MONEY TO FNB?

OR perhaps this was a mistake to start with ... am I a Steve?
I'm sure other banks will be happy.
Ordered take-outs from Mr Delivery last night (27/04/2015) from Primi Piatti only to find that I was charged almost R300 for two small portion pasta's, when I ordered large ones!
Ripped me off on EVERY SINGLE WAY POSSIBLE.

Online the order reads : - Recco Con pollo (Large) R85
*2 = R170
* Delivery = R35
Total = R205

What I was Charged: - Recco Con Pollo (Large) R110 EACH!!!
2* R110 = R220
Delivery = R48+-
Total = R278

As you can see by the above, I was OVERCHARGED on every single account possible.
The delivery , not by much, OVERCHARGED.
On the two Pasta's I was ALSO OVERCHARGED and also CUT SHORT on the size as I Received small portions instead of the large portions that I originally ordered and paid for !!

Mr Delivery also explained that they had to travel to the Primi branch in CampsBay for me in Woodstock. WHY!?
It started in an attempt to open a business account for my company which has already been in operation for almost 3 years now.

Everything was done over the phone and I was instructed that I was to receive an email with necessary documents and further instructions.

This email was never received...

Later I find , whilst logging into my personal online banking profile, I have 3 other accounts (business) open on my profile.

These accounts were intended to be our main business accounts, with funds to be transferred from another bank.Therefore my colleagues will need regular access to these accounts.

My first call to FNB online department was swiftly diverted to another division as , according to the operator, if I were to allow access to my colleagues they will have access to my personal account. WHICH IS FAR FROM IDEAL.

Later to find I am transferred THREE MORE TIMES to different divisions and finally after speaking to the 4th person over the phone, they tell me I need to be transferred to the first department WHERE I STARTED OFF FROM!

Now this is shocking service, I have a business to run and do not have time to be chasing through all of FNB's departments LIKE A STEVE !!!!
