Pick n Pay ASAP I placed an order on Thursday 24 March The app showed the order was delivered, but I did not receive the goods. No delivery at my gate. I immediately called your support number. The driver was at the wrong address. I waites, he never arrived. I have been emailing and calling but still have no goods and no refund. Now the order does not show on my order history.

As I was about to pay my basket, at pick&pay cosmomall, three cashier one of them was ntswaki, I greated they never answered, never ask for my card, and I ask how much was the total she just pushed that computer and showed me that was so rude , I felt so cheap

I am very disappointed in the service i just received today at pick n pay Aston Manner,Casher Glenda is totally rude,i was moved from Ntombi to go get assistance by Glenda got to Glenda whom was very rude scanned my things i requested for scan to oay since I didn't have a card she turns around and tell me that it does not work i said Ntombi moved me here and said it will work, next thing i transfer money to my friends card to pay which toke few mins, than she turns around and tells Ntombi in a African language that she does not know why i said i don't have a card but now I have a card first of all i understand even though im coloured and immediately answered her in English, secondly after finish paying i tell her, her customers service is bad she answers me back by saying just like Capitecs service since im a employee of Capitec and had uniform on which i dont know where Capitec fits in,i walked off and went to my car nect thing she comes running after me saying the card declined i must come back calling on security whuch now i don't understand y she let me walked off in the first place...you can't come to me with security asif i was stealing or never wanted to pay in the first place..hence im pregnant i can't be up and downing for her inconsistencies. I buy food on a daily basis at the pick n pay but fue to this i will never attempt to go there again.

I am so furious, I just came from Pick n Pay in Bramley Johannesburg & a teller named Constance Chipuma was very rude & didn't want to help me. The level of attiude she had was a huge disappointment for both her & the store. I reported her to the store manager & was told most people complaint about her so she will take I up with her. I feel she should not be working there as she is very useless & arrogant. She laughed when I reported her as she knows nothing will be said or done to her. She knows she always gets away with her rude behavior to customers. It is unacceptable. I am never shopping there again!!!

Pick a pay delivery service(Bottles) has delivered 9 items short on my fully paid order. How is that possible. Each item delivered short was multiple items of the same item and I only received on of each item.They need to train their staff to look at info quantites before sending the wrong goods out. What a let down.

They treat customers like thiefs, it was not my fault that their product prices is always places wrong and when you demand to pay what you saw, manager makes a big argument as if I was the who put those prices. Totally dissapointed with the managers how he handled the situation.

I went to southgate mall Pick n pay and bought 200g box ribs. It was not frozen. I ended up throwing it away. What a waste. It was in their open side fridges.......In a rush i never think coz the fridge wasnt cold....This was the 26th December....
