The staff of chicken licken in kempton park festival mall is very rude they don't have a way of speaking to customers and more over trolleys.They need to learn how to deal challenging situations instead of rufusing to assist me because of a trolley i had on me, than they still go around me and refuse to assist me just because of a trolley. I did not get the ladies name because they don't wear name tags but i did actually rJr photos of the ladies.
On the 22nd i went to collect my prescription at dis-chem but had a co-payment due, got to till asked if i could do scan to pay since I didn't have cash and didn't expect a bill, the lady said yes, i scanned to pay, on my side the payment went through but on her till it said unsuccessful, at that moment ny issue couldn't be resolved they than called a lady Sophie, she said she can't helo ahe need to wait for the next day to see if it went through on there side,she also said the head office will reverse it for me and will take 4 days i told her she is speaking **** because i work in thr bank and no the process, i dan went to Capitec to draw cash send and had to cone pay cash,she than came out of office that 2nd time and told me to write down nt name and number she will call me the next day, today is the 2nd day already and i still didn't receive feedback regarding my money..I asked for them to give me a letter so ny bank can remove the hold which they said they couldn't give me...They could havr just proceed the payment and give me casj coz that's wat other places do if such incidents happen.... I'm highly disappointed because today is Friday already and this happened Wednesday and still no feedback....
I made a purchase at street gym online which thab gets delivered through courier guy,my product was delivered as per tracking but my parcel is nowhere to be found, i got siick Wednesday and unfortunately was not at work yesterday 23th march 2023, so parcel was given to a person i dont know of, when i called the client care number i spoke to a girl named Keshia, firstly I'm disappointed that the driver didn't follow protocol because they send me a 3 digit code that i need to give driver, he didn't even call me to ask if he can give anyone the parcel and how did he leave the oarcel without a code given.The lady i spoke to is confirmi5it was delivered i asked wat if it was a client since i work at a bank and i asked her was she with him when he delivered since she say it was delivered they are not helping ne instead of arguing, she tha. Transferred me to sone manager that refused to give me his name and tells why do u get things delivered at work why didn't u give ur address, firstly I'm most of the time ay work and not at home and there is normally no1 at my house hence i choose that address, secondly i didn't ask to become sick.3rdly he is telling me i must go look for it coz it is at work whereas none of ny colleagues knows of any parcel, what if he delivered it to a unethical person.... He than also tells me i must go view footages.. Which manger resolves a issue in this manner????he is very unethical...he still got the nerve to tell me that he will tell his driver not to go to workplaces anymore or deny package,watever he meant there....i never had a problem with yall before but trust me I'm very unhappy with this situation. I had very bad experience at the festival mall Fnb Branch yesterday,i went to open a bank account by a lady name Asezile Figlan,firstly she was forcing me to give her 3 months bank statement whereas it's just needed for proof of address, she didn't want to use the one i made which was date ranged, secondly she makes me leave her desk without ecen activating my app 3rdly i get to my work place than receive a sms of a sim card that was activated on my account which I knew nothing about and she didn't even give me the physical sim card, which is very unethical behaviour for a banker...Than i get a call from a very rude lady asking me why i canceled my sim which i had bo clue about. If this is how FNB does thing's than i clearly don't want to be part of y'all anymore.
I am very disappointed in the service i just received today at pick n pay Aston Manner,Casher Glenda is totally rude,i was moved from Ntombi to go get assistance by Glenda got to Glenda whom was very rude scanned my things i requested for scan to oay since I didn't have a card she turns around and tell me that it does not work i said Ntombi moved me here and said it will work, next thing i transfer money to my friends card to pay which toke few mins, than she turns around and tells Ntombi in a African language that she does not know why i said i don't have a card but now I have a card first of all i understand even though im coloured and immediately answered her in English, secondly after finish paying i tell her, her customers service is bad she answers me back by saying just like Capitecs service since im a employee of Capitec and had uniform on which i dont know where Capitec fits in,i walked off and went to my car nect thing she comes running after me saying the card declined i must come back calling on security whuch now i don't understand y she let me walked off in the first place...you can't come to me with security asif i was stealing or never wanted to pay in the first place..hence im pregnant i can't be up and downing for her inconsistencies. I buy food on a daily basis at the pick n pay but fue to this i will never attempt to go there again.
I received the worst experience with Eldo coaches,I went specially to park station Johannesburgs to buy tickets for my mother and kids to travel to Durban hence online booking was giving us issues. Got there the lady that served us was totally rude we managed to purchase 4 tickets but after the payment we decided we want to cancel coz it was way expensive than wat it says online. They refused to refund us,called head office spoke to some guy that was totally rude and couldn't manage to help us but rather said to us that we can go complain wherever we want to it won't effect him...Asked to speak to management he tells us the manager went to pray next moment he tells us the manager went to a funeral coz they Muslim.. Does Eldo coaches just get run by one manager or???? Till today they couldn't help us we had no choice to travel with that tickets booked.
