I was a fnb private client with my wife. i asked my banker to downgrade both of us so that we linked. he confirmed, now she is being billed R495. she doesnt even have that much in her bank account. i asked him specifically if she is still going to be linked and he confirmed. NEXT MONTH I'M LEAVING THIS DUMB BANK. ***** AND CHANGING EBUCKS. YOU GUYS SUCK!
My wife and i linked our FNB accounts to get the 1000 points ebucks and for her to get half the bank charges. they removed my wife without telling me, then called it a bug, said they going to fix it 2 days before end of month. did not fix it. i lost the 1000 points and the charged my wife more than double because they unlicked our accounts. good business plan on robbing your customers.
Do NOT USE THEIR grocery app. If you buy an item, and it accepts the order. They would replace the item without asking and there is no way you can return it or get your money back. this is the 1st time i used this service but i would never use it again. You take my money, then charge me more for items i didnt order.
I cancelled my wife membership because they double the fee and because she was not going to gym. They confirmed the cancellation then this month deducted 4 times more the original price after I already cancelled the month before. I will never sign her up with this con artists again. I am out of the county and can't deal with this unprofessional company. How on earth must I get my money back of they can't even cancel a policy correctly. So much companies in SA operate like this. Ridiculous! Quick to take money but takes ages to give back what's not theirs.
Trying to get hold of them is hard enough. Now they double deducting my account.
What an *********** company, 1st order has never been delivered. got my money back weeks later. This time i ordered vanilla protein, they deliver the softserve flavour. HOW HARD IS IT TO READ!!!!!!!! their online service is absolutely ridiculous, DO NOT USE THEM! Now i have to waste my time, leave work early to return it to the shop.
Please invest your money elsewhere, there communication skills is 0/10 or maybe they just mess clients around when you want to withdraw funds. They had 4-6 weeks to give me my money. On the 6th week they communicate that they waiting on HR forms. I had emailed, called and not ONCE have they said this, I called, I emailed, they never called me, i always had to contact them, only ONCE they rep****, today, after 6 weeks. Ridiculous, glad i am investing elsewhere.
FNB forced users to use Instant payment to get ebucks points. I paid my wife from FNB To FNB account using her card number for instant payment. Over 24 hours and it still not cleared. they say it takes 12 hours, how USELESS! DO NOT CALL IT INSTANT THEN! Tried chatting on their secure chat, its down. Without ebucks i would have left this bank long ago.
As soon as clients maintain level 5, FNB will change it to the point where you will need to change your bond. RIDICULOUS! I'm at the point of leaving this ridiculoud bank as this was the only reason i joined them. I spend most of my money with virtual card, didnt get rewarded this month. I put R300 in my kids savings, no rewards this month.
I am a private clients, but the customer service is beyond bad. I app**** for finance but trying to get an update is extremely hard, each person puts me through to the next, 4 calls later and still nothing. Private banker send application off. I received 2 notifications on my phone with a button saying APPROVE NOW. no other details. how can i approve something i cant even see. The dealership came back to me within an hour with approved finance and rates. Wesbank and fnb just completely silent. But not having a correct person to contact is the most frustrating thing.
