The whole weekend I was helped by lovely ladies staff at ikeja , even if connections does work out perfect they always professional and helpful I give them 10 out 10 for best customer service. Out of all network registered with Icasa Ikeja is the best with customer services.
Sebastian Sebastian at department of education Alberton. Thee most helpless person I have met in my life , he call 6 people in his office at a time and help them like this. The school says they are full what you want me to do go back to the schools. Minster of education Miss Siviwe do you know how we as parents are suffering and you cannot care we get send from pillar to post , like I said my hope is now in human rights commissioner to help us to get space for our children who still sitting at home , while Sebastian think he is king of education department.
Again I want to tell south Africans you waisting your time going to the department of education Thee most unhelpful people ever , please you will waste your time and money they are not willing to assist I was there on Monday 19 Jan 2026. He told me we don't have space as the schools indicate I left like a dog with a tail between my legs. I want to thank Sahrc for quick response not solving my problem but listening and give assistance, I am so grateful to miss Zamantungwa Mbeki and Miss Khululiwe Sithole you really live up to your name help humans. I am grateful that you care even if you don't give what we need but your assistance is much better then all government departments. I rate your services for listening and helpfulness 10 out of 10.
The service is 100 percent down the drain .Leondale Secondary don't want to give grade 12 their statement results. That is against the constitution of the country. They do it all the time make learners and parents life he'll in that school. You as the government make it hard for learners to achieve top results as they can see how you treat last year learners. You said it you don't care how even if the children explain to you their parents is not working you not interested. I will contact education department asap to resolve this issue . It's a big problem a very big problem.
I must admit where it's due in the wifi world one thing sure thing Ikeja will always call you back. They can work on whatsup but is a bit slow in time but ok.but they gave me good service. The lady called me twice when she couldn't get a hold of me ,I really appreciate it . In customer service I rate Ikeja top 10 number 1 . They really good.
Good day. Just plain and simple clicks feel nothing for its customers. I report their Northmead branch the level of services is 0. I will take my bussiness somewhere else . Keep on treating customers with your qeues .
Tonite at 7h20 was at Dawn Park KFC. I was getting one bucket with wings. The clerk told me they dont have wings , i said that cant be you guys only sell chicken how is that possible . I ask if i can speak to the msnager he called her . I asked her why thry dont have wings she rep**** its frozen. I told her please dont make your problem mine. She walk away and told the staff no one must entertain me. I ask for her name she refuse it , she did know i heard when the clerk call her . She is sibongile at Dawn Park as manager. I ask the people in the store is this normal they said this KFC always dont have wings. I said to myself let me call the customer care number. I spoke to a lady called Sumaya 2 x she ask me are you at the store then she drop the call i called her 2x she drop the csll 2x on the second call i told her sorry you drop the call and truly she dropped it again. Now i stand there no one listen to you. KFC forced me to buy what they want me to buy . My order is 206 My chkd is 2.5306.00 At 19h00 Their unhelpful care line 0860100222 Where there is no help. I will tomoro morning report KFC to the Ombudsman. I will not leave it there you will not treat me like i beg food from you.i.spend my money and i deserve to get what you advertise .
Becareful when you buy from the vouchers on the app they can bring some discomfort in your pocket.then you must days before someone attend to you to get your money back .i think that is a negative on the app for a trust company like fnb. Please test these things before you introduce it to us
My name is Valancia i called them up 3days ago telling them i m interested in a rental they advertise. I am still dumm struck by the service they gave me may 1000 percent its way unbelievable , Miss Nadia Whitethorn and Lesley.they ask me the same day to come view i was happy the next day we done all the paper work they make sure i done it correctly, deposit was done the 3red day they told me i got the place .i cant still believe it its so unbelievable so fast i recommend everyone to use your service in gauteng where you are . They are with you all the time , they call you, they mean business. I am greatful for the joy ladies you made me so happy my family . I don't have words to thank you All i can say out of my heart is keep doing the great beautiful work in making us happy. And yes i will definitely tell my friends and family to use you and i will too inthe future. I rate you level of customer services 10 out of 10 100percent in quality .
Since installion slow connection .they dont have customer services .their network for me is extremely bad. Since i am with them i am still unhappy. They say they work till 10pm oh oh i dont know for what. I have no words .
