Very poor aftersales service. I did the new installation in may 2025 and within 5-6 months I found the circuit breaker which they installed keeps tripping down. I had to wait for more than 7-10 days for them to send a technician to check why the circuit breaker keeps tripping down . When they sent it ,they charged me a whopping R1240 invoice(R450 call out and R790 to replace the circuit breaker that they installed ) ,it took them 10-15 mins to do the job.
Their after service is pathetic. They ask for the full payments before you can check the work done ,if you dont pay in full they wont give you the keys. I got 2 trelli doors and some burglar bars. One of door was installed almost a month ago and still is not working proprely as the bottom lock is not locking. Also they burglar bars were installed in a be very poor way that a lot of paint got removed while installation. I am still waiting for them to come and fix these things and its been weeks but I havent got anyone yet.

The Pros on Kandua are not trusthworthy. One of the contractor stole my key after they finish the job and left. They keep on saying they coming to return my keys for 2 days but they came back with guns and attempted ******* at my place. I have reported this to kanuda,waiting for their response.
I bought a mecerdes 2017 model C220D from them last month(14th July 2021) and I was assured that all the inspection are done properly and that the car has a spare key. AFter the car was handed over ,the very next day I found that car's heated seats are not working and informed this to dealership. I was also not provided with the spare keys. They asked me to book the car for checkup at Mercedes.Merecedes have found out that there is problem with electric circuit and they would more days to analyze and check. I have also found out that Automated Parking is not working due to same reason. So,Basically within month of buying an expensive car ,I am sitting at home without a car and have to use uber. Just because they didnt do AA inspection on it as they claim they have specialized Technicians with them,which couldnt find the issues.
I never expected such great price and the selling was so smooth got paid within minutes. If it wasnt weele I would have sold my car to way lesses amount

Afrihost is looting customer by wrongly showing that use has used his data and asking to do top ups. I have been iburst customer for years and data was never finished within a month,but now since I have been migrated to Afrihost,the very first month,on 23rd April they said I have utilized all my data (20GB) and I need to top up,so I did a top up on 24th April with 5GB,now within one day on 26th they again saying I have used that 5GB as well,we are not even at home during the day ,only user internet in even for browsing,not even download huge data. I think its just their malpractice to get more money from user by means of top ups. Really disappointing.
