RAM Limpopo is excellent!
I was looking for a South African Springbok Jersey that I want to send to a friend in New Zealand. After finding the last large one in Maimaila mall in Limpopo in South Africa, Nicola from Ram Limpopo Branch went out if his way to pay for the shirt and courier it to me. I refunded him and the shirt is on it's way to me in Carletonville. This is really going out of your way for your clients! Thank you Nicola from Ram Limpopo!

Advertising stock and selling when they don't even have it!
I purchased some lures (quite a big amount of money) on line. They had advertised them as in stock. They emailed me the invoice, I did and eft and then a week went buy and I heard nothing. Phoned and asked about my order? They are so sorry their system must have lost it. They are busy backing and will courier it immediately. An hour later they phone to say.. sorry no stock.. what must they do with my money??? I has been two week of phoning, emails and begging and they keep on promising the payment has been loaded but it just does not get done! It's ridiculous!

Pathetic Service
I am a paying customer who has requested that someone should please contact me more than once via email, phone call and their live agent as I want to make changes to our Will.. They just don't come back to me?! How should I feel secure in the fact that they are the executors of our Wills one day. Shocking service!

Terrible quality clothing and won't refund me
<p>I placed an order for certain goods, three Hoodia toe be exact..paid for it and then got an email telling me that their out of stock..did not give me the option to refund me, just to choose something new. Guaranteed 8 days delivery turned into 21 days..when I received it it was cheap material that looked like something you bought at pep..they cost R550 each!! I let them know that the quality was horrendous and that I want a refund..they are now basically forcing me to choose something different even though they have nothing I want. No refund.. don't use them!</p>
