Good day I HAVE PRESCRIBED DEBT FOR A CREDIT CARD WHICH WAS BROUGHT TO YOUR ATTENTION THROUGH A COMPANY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE REMOVED. NUMEROUS EMAILS SENT AND PROMISES - VERY *********** STAFF AND THIS LISTING IS IMPLICATING MY CREDIT SCORE
WOW, TOOK MY BAKKIE FOR RESPRAY- WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PROFESSIONAL JOB.. I WOULD GLADLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.. WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND ABOVE.. WELL DONE GUYS!!

Still waiting for Cell C to reconnect me.. My account was handed over.. I paid this Nudebt company.. Who ensured me an email was sent to Cell C to rectify.. I am not surprised that Cell C is running into major problems cause the staff is incompetent. My goodness... It's not rocket science to reconcile payments which you have proof from.. It is atrocious the level of service we are subjected to at these call centre's..

I have a contract with Cell C.. I paid them via there App.. upon phoning the call centre, I was told the payment is there, it must just be reconciled... Well, I got a threatening letter to inform me my service will be terminated.. I am sick and tired of the incompetent service of this company.. no wonder they are in financial problems.. I want someone who knows how debtors and creditors work to call me please!!!!!!!??
