Bad Bad
Let's start this by saying that i am dissapointed after going onto the web page with the manner in what and how things happened. The purchase was great pro forma sent and paid within 48 hours, then a couple of days later they demand another amount of money for insurance which I considered was a good thing because if anything should happen then they replace the container, then another couple of days another amount is demanded for inspection, now i start to get really annoyed, becasue why do I need to pay extra for this - it should be in the price and done before it is sold!!!!! Then the big one, storage because they arranged delivery with consulting me, that amount was stupid to say the least, this was also not in the pro forma invoice or stated anywhere, so between the poeple at Ultra shipping and Vector Logistics it was the blame game and all on the customer - me. So after being promised delivery and paying R30750.00 for all this, no delivery, so when asking why there was no delivery they decide to refund me in full, very funny because now they over pay and want a refund themselves, but no waiting for the money to reflect in my account they demand with name calling it now, I decided to give Investec Private Banking a call just to check on the POP sent to me, and low and behold it is a fake it look suspicious to me because it was a typed POP. So Ultra Shipping Containers that is supposed to be in business for so many years wants money paid back immediately without reflecting in my account, My manager tried calling the land line and guess what they did not pick up. I can't believe that this is becoming a normal day to day occurrence for people to scam other people, this is now the 3rd time this has happened to me and all different institutions. I do not even want to give them a star rating because they do not rate on anything. I am now scammed out of R30 750.00 and i have nothing to show for it. I am still looking for a container so off the police I go to lay a fraud complaint

Bad service
This relationship started off really well, absolute awesome for them to get your business but once your goods are out of your site so the digging begins, all my stuff was gone through even the sealed boxes were opened and resealed, boxes arrived broken and quite a bit of my stuff was destroyed in transit from one truck to the next, they do not care if stuff is valuable there staff go through everything and take what they want to take, they do not realize that I may be a widower but I know what every box contained and what is missing or broken, the relationship starts off so well the collection staff are friendly and willing to help all the way, from there the communication stops from the office, nobody even bothered to let me know when the truck would arrive at its destination, I had to contact them, when I complained that an important item was taken no feedback was given, I chose this company for the reviews seen from other customers but please use someone else even if there prices are really good. Hein whom I dealt with has not bothered to come back to me when I ask him to check with his people, I just want the stuff back that they helped themselves to will not even lay a charge, but please people they may be relay able and cheap, but not very careful with your possessions, so after another month still no feedback from this company, Hein got snotty in the communication with me after a month and now nothing, still no response, so be careful, they are unreliable with keeping contact, they say once the money is in the bank then the sale is over, but not so, who says i may need to move again or someone asks for a referral trust me it will not be them - ever

I have been trying to stop these people from deducting money from my account for about 6 months, they started deducting money after i told them i did not want what they have to offer, it has been an issue for them to stop the debit order, i have contracted them every month being rather polite and asking nicely please stop deducting money from me, and to please refund, i received a call from one of the ladies saying that once canceled they still deduct money form one more month, it has now been two months and they are still deducting money from me, when i ask for a refund they refuse, but to take money it is easy then they shrug there shoulders when you would like you own money back, what ever you do do not subscribe to them you can never stop them. i have resorted to stopping my debit order which i never do, so that they can stop. they are thieves these people.

<p>i ordered a ring online, idiot should have known better - there mail address says from SA, so to support our locals i ordered a ring for R820.00. They say on there webpage that it is free delivery to SA.</p> <p> </p> <p>i waited for 3 weeks - even though they said 10 days. once the ring arrived i got the surpise of my live, i needed to pay an addional amount - which was not said when making the purchase, i found out afterwards that they do know about the exrtra charges, i contacted them and the said they don't know why i am being charged import duties.</p> <p> </p> <p>to make a really long story short, they have not refunded me anything and i do not have my ring.</p> <p> </p> <p>please people this is a money making scam, some people get there goods and others don't.</p> <p> </p> <p>they are not local to SA they are a chinease based company - say no more.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
